Worst company to deal with. They'd rather succum to their shareholders than take care of the community. Connot connect my xbox account EVEN THOUGH IT WAS ALREADY DISCONNECTED because I connected it YEARS ago. Invest in your infrastructure, and get with the times, or your doomed.

Have been a premium family subscriber for years. Today they removed 2 of my children from the plan stating they cannot prove they live at our address. Stated they will not reactivate their accounts - they have been put on the free / ad version, even though the plan is paid for the next few weeks. Now looking at apple/amazon/youtube. Absolutely disgusted and won't be back.

Failed to track concert. Missed my concert.First time I'm tracking one of my concerts using Songkick.Exceptionally poor experience.I had tagged concert as "I'm Going", I had purchased the tickets. I'm using songkick because I'm using it as a TRACKER FOR CONCERTS and helping me remember the concerts I'm going to.I did not receive a notification or any reminder from songkick to attend my concert at the day in question. As as result I missed the experience.What is the point of a tracker/reminder tool if the tool does not remind or track your events?Not only did songkick fail in their one and only task. They have the audacity to then send me emails with both a notification and email with "How was the concert?" so they can pad their database with valuable information. This is in addition to other emails they are happy to send out which do not add any value to me as an end user.Would not recommend, would not buy again. Rate: F--.Note: Original review was requested by songkick to be removed from trustpilot. Reason for removal request was using a word which is a fitting word normally used to describe numerous emails not giving a perceived value to the end user.In addition to the already low rating of songkick they managed to sink it even lower.

Dreadful company to deal with. No customer service at all. Still waiting for my phone even though i paid extra for a date and time. Chatbot responses only . I will not buy or reccomend samsung again even though i have been a life long fan of their kit.Hours of my life wasted chasing them. I have been told that no contact details are available for customer complaints. What a joke.

Several days i have been trying to…

Several days i have been trying to withdraw funds. 2FA was fine but i couldn't receive the sms code. Did everything asked n called my cell company. I was locked out 24 hrs. Finally tried the next day n eventually updated my number and 1 more attempt im locked out another 24 hrs. With all the verification and videos i sent to change my number knowing the issues through chat reps, why should i be locked out of my account again with no one who can release it. I have been on the app for years and at this rate I will be done once i have this issue resolved.

I had a technical issue where I cannot withdraw my funds from the platform due to not receiving an OTP. The support contacted me after 3 days and provided some generic TS steps which I have already done in addition contacting my mobile carried. I would not recommend using Crypto.com as if you experiencing some kind of similiar issue nobody will care and you will probably not see your money. Stay safe and don't transfer or hold your money there.
