I had a technical issue where I cannot withdraw my funds from the platform due to not receiving an OTP. The support contacted me after 3 days and provided some generic TS steps which I have already done in addition contacting my mobile carried. I would not recommend using Crypto.com as if you experiencing some kind of similiar issue nobody will care and you will probably not see your money. Stay safe and don't transfer or hold your money there.

Several days i have been trying to withdraw funds. 2FA was fine but i couldn't receive the sms code. Did everything asked n called my cell company. I was locked out 24 hrs. Finally tried the next day n eventually updated my number and 1 more attempt im locked out another 24 hrs. With all the verification and videos i sent to change my number knowing the issues through chat reps, why should i be locked out of my account again with no one who can release it. I have been on the app for years and at this rate I will be done once i have this issue resolved.

I have flats I used to rent out on Vrbo.Had really bad experience, they told me I had to fill Out American tax papers even though I have no connection what so ever with the USA tax, they kept sending me wrong papers to fill out and I told them several times. They blocked my phone number and I got emails back. Meanwhile they didn’t pay me. After about 3 weeks they send the money, then the tenant had already left. I have taken my flats off Vrbo. Have been renting out for 11 years with airbnb never had a problem like this.

customer service sucks, they take forever to process returns/exchanges, the support agents withhold info about orders most likely out of laziness, and overall not trustworthy. the products are so cute on the site but not even worth it anymore to deal with the business/service end of this company. there’s plenty of other cute stores out there.

The Messenger app is of very poor quality. I only use it for the communication when selling/ buying stuff on Marketplace. The actual field where you write your text is very small keeping you busy scrolling up and down your written text. The top space is stating the "Marketplace listing" followed by your ad text and "View Buyer" & "More Options" links taking around 1/3 of the mobile screen. At the bottom is your keyboard. If you have an unfinished/ unsent text and close the app there is a good chance the text is gone when you return. Also the poor idea of sending the pre-written text "Is this still available" was not accepted by the sellers and let to them not responding. Noticing the poor user ratings here tells me that the Messenger team has no interest in changing that to improve their product, meaning they want it the way it is and it seems there is a reason behind

I've been waiting for over 3 months now for a warranty repair on an LG fridge. They keep passing the buck to the repair company which is has yet to receive an actual service ticket from them despite it being on the LG website. It's always an additional MONTH away to get an actual appointment with, but have yet to get ANY correspondence from LG for the repairs. Avoid LG products at ALL costs, buy a SAMSUNG instead

I recently moved again...and have had hulu for many years. Absolutely love having it and all it offers. This move was different because the area I am in wifi i guess is hard to get and you have to wait a long time. So got a gateway and there was complications with my hulu got on with Franz and he Absolutely rocked it..was patient with me very nice and got my hulu back. Tried to leave a review with them but not sure it went through. So as the questions asked did he help YES! Did he fix the problem YES! and I always recommend hulu to my friends ...Thank you again Franz my night was happy!!!!

I have use BB for several years and have overall been pleased with their product. They saved me 3 times when I had external hard drives crash and needed to recreate them. I had a new harddrive in just a few short days.My only complaint is their customer service. They do not do online chat or a phone call. Only email. When I have issues I do not have 12 hours to sit and wait by the computer for a response that usually does not remedy my problem. I respond to that email only to wait another 12 hours for another response.... I hate to leave them because their product has worked for me but their lack of online help may be the straw...

Wordfence has been a superior product from the beginning. I’ve been with them many years. ( maybe 10 years) Everyone has always been helpful with any issues I’ve had thru the years. Today I had to ask to cancel my acct as I’m not using it and finances have dictated I downsize. Instead of sending me directions, Tiffany went the extra mile and not only deleted my billing but also removed my cc info so I wouldn’t be charged in the future. Loved them and will be back if I ever get another website up. Don’t hesitate!! Go with them!!

Please avoid this bank for your own sanity and well-being.My interaction has been with the US (New York) Financial Services division, but after extensive interaction I am moved to believe that their inefficiency and inability to act is endemic.I'm not going to share details of the financial transactions involved, except to say that UBS held assets for me and made it as difficult as possible for me to realise those assets. Banks need working capital, so this was very much in their interest to do. Some of the barriers that were put in the way were:1) "secure"/password protected emails that would not reach their intended destination. So, despite promising that action would occur, as far as the customer was concerned, none ever did. 2) the suggestion that in 2020, I should be able to relatively easily fax documents to them in order to circumvent their IT issues.3) their inability to be able to change an email address on an account.4) their demand, that in order to be able to action requests, I write to their Tennessee office by paper-mail and at my cost.* This is not a modern bank.* This is not a bank that is solutions-orientated (it was always up to me to suggest possible resolutions).* This is not a bank that explains things ("sorry sir, it's our policy, we just can't do that* i.e. change an email address.)There appear to be pleasant people at the bank, but they are hampered by antiquated and ineffective systems.I can only speak of my experience, which as described above was awful. Avoid!

Awful customer service. For some reason, my store stopped accepting payments, despite me doing everything Shopify asked of me. I'm losing tons of money now and they are doing absolutely nothing to fix it. There's no one to contact and no sense of urgency from them. Had I known this, I would have never signed up with them.

I have been using IHG exclusively since 2005 unless there were no hotels in the area. I had accumulated more than enough points for free stay between trips and purchasing extra rewards. My dad was sick so I stayed in the hospital with him for months and was not able to travel. You have to have activity every 12 months or you lose your points. I couldn’t even remember what day it was sitting in that hospital every day let alone know it had been 12 months since a stay. Well even though I had 2 reservations made for this year, apparently my points expire on Dec 2019. It’s now Jan 14th and I added a third reservation and noticed my points were gone. They would not restore them even though it was only a couple weeks later and I’d been a loyal customer for 15 years and never voiced a complaint even though there were many to make. Sad!! Everyone is a number to them. Highly disappointed.
