The platform has some big names in it like IBM and Google amongst others who have partnered with it and their instructors are highly knowledgeable. it is only a gateway and you have options for payment. I cannot fathom the negative reviews. My experience on the site has been amazing so far.

The platform has some big names in it like IBM and Google amongst others who have partnered with it and their instructors are highly knowledgeable. it is only a gateway and you have options for payment. I cannot fathom the negative reviews. My experience on the site has been amazing so far.

The services it offers itself are great, but almost everything being locked behind a paywall was really irritating. Suggestions show up and don't say anything about a paywall until you try to click on them, it's obvious it is very desperate to convince you to give up money. Not saying certain things should be free, just saying things like shoving free trials in the user's face that ask for your card anyway are not very enjoyable. Other antiviruses say nothing about being easy to use, but Avast does and it's just frustrating. It felt almost invasive. Uninstalling was such a hassle. it felt like I was being guilt tripped into not uninstalling even though its this thing's fault I want it off my computer.

The WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT BY FURNITURE FROM UO! I ordered a bed frame and head board from UO. Not only did they send me the incorrect item (I ordered a queen size red floral headboard, they sent me a king size white headboard) BUT the bed they sent me was not only damaged, chipped and dirty but was not the bed advertised on the website!! I’ve attached photos of the bed I ordered and what I received and was completely gobsmacked when their customer service team showed zero empathy, no professionalism and a measly discount!! Even though I shared photos of what I’d been sent and for comparison a screenshot from their website to show how different the two items were, I was met with indifference. Initially they offered a 20% discount for sending me a bed with bootleg slats then they decided that 15% would be better….What?!? Simon the customer service agent I spoke with was appalling. In fact I was emailed by 3 customer service agents because they clearly have a rubbish ticketing system, all asking for the same info over and over again after I’d spoken with them on the phone 3x and provided the same photos 3x. I’m now £676 out of pocket, and I’ll be sleeping on the floor until my new bed arrives, from a reputable seller in weeks.

Used to be a great app until about 3 weeks ago. Trolls and others intentionally making false allegations and bogus mass complaints against great creators to have them banned, has made this app now one of the worst. Wouldn't recommend as you may become a video creator that gets unjustly harrassed.

I bought an LG TV 49 inch tv( first mistake) second mistake, i called their useless service department Tanstel electronics, in Duluth , Georgia, these people come prepared with an excuse that i had dropped the TV , which i had not, the tv had been handled exactly as my 9 years old LG 40 inch tv, this tv was only 2 months old ,purchased at Walmart must be made so much cheaper than my old one, also had an LG washer that last 10 years. Just do NOT think LG was fair

They came to fix our washing machine 3 times and still not able to fix it. Before they came for the 4th time, they said we as the owner, need to ensure the machine is at an open space for them to come and fix, and they said if not they won't come. This was not mentioned for the past 3 times. They also said on phone that, "You can find someone else to fix it, but we are not refund you any money". What kind of customer service is this
