Never again!!! The WORST customer experience EVER!

The WORST customer service experience I’ve ever had. DO NOT BY FURNITURE FROM UO! I ordered a bed frame and head board from UO. Not only did they send me the incorrect item (I ordered a queen size red floral headboard, they sent me a king size white headboard) BUT the bed they sent me was not only damaged, chipped and dirty but was not the bed advertised on the website!! I’ve attached photos of the bed I ordered and what I received and was completely gobsmacked when their customer service team showed zero empathy, no professionalism and a measly discount!! Even though I shared photos of what I’d been sent and for comparison a screenshot from their website to show how different the two items were, I was met with indifference. Initially they offered a 20% discount for sending me a bed with bootleg slats then they decided that 15% would be better….What?!? Simon the customer service agent I spoke with was appalling. In fact I was emailed by 3 customer service agents because they clearly have a rubbish ticketing system, all asking for the same info over and over again after I’d spoken with them on the phone 3x and provided the same photos 3x. I’m now £676 out of pocket, and I’ll be sleeping on the floor until my new bed arrives, from a reputable seller in weeks.
