After my initial year expiring my plan auto renewed which I did think I cancelled. Anyway I called the customer service team who were super helpful until.... They came back placing me on hold, and after me providing the reason for the cancellation being due to the fact I cannot afford it.... Trying to still sell me the plan with a 50% discount, after politely declining they then kept coming back and asking me why I am not accepting the discount, they have listened to the fact I said I couldn't afford the plan and gave it a discount, why was I not accepting? Forceful customer service, and not respecting the reason I gave them initially. I cannot believe this attitude from a big company like this.
