BAD bank connections

I am on my 35th day of my bank transactions not dropping into Freshbooks. This is the second time this year this has happened. Their explanation when I demanded to know when the problem would be fixed was "To be completely transparent, Bank Connection issues can happen to any bank at any time. When a bank updates its website or security it severely impacts the connections that Yodlee, our bank import partner, is able to maintain. As these are done by banks without informing Yodlee, we send investigation requests retroactive to the changes when we're notified by users. There is a very delicate balancing act with the code, the banks and Yodlee. The repairs are complex, need to be perfectly accurate to ensure your security, and can include a moving target if the bank makes further updates"I completely understand that CC/bank and all the in between networks need to talk to each other. However this Freshbooks system is supposed to be for small business owners and basically that is it's job, to be the in between. This is the second time this year that this has happened, last time it took over 8 weeks to connect my account with my bank.

Fandango is horrible.

Fandago is an absolute scam. They promise you rewards and when you go to redeem them the website gives you ERROR 500: TECHNICAL DIFFICULTIES DON'T FREAK We are getting to the bottom of this and should be back up in no time Try back again later. Then when you go to their "Assistance" you wait no less than an hour, often more before you get a sub-par "human" that can't help you. All I asked for was an extension so that they had time to fix their issues. I tried multiple browsers on my PC and phone. I captured the same ERROR each time. I will never use them again and will not be going to COBB anymore...

eBay Buyers Guarantee is a lie

eBay have gone seriously downhill. I ordered a Makita battery from a seller, which specifically said it was a genuine battery. The item didn't arrive and there was no communication from the seller, so after the delivery window had passed I messaged the seller. After a couple of days they responded saying there had been a fire in a warehouse and saying that I had cancelled the order when I hadn't. I waited another week for the battery to arrive, and when it did it was clearly fake. eBay closed the dispute I had raised saying that they wouldn't refund. I told eBay staff through a callback to explain the clear indicators that the battery was fake and they said they would raise another dispute. I said I didn't have a printer to print out a returns label and they said no problem, we'll get the seller to send you a QR code so you can take the item to a Post Office to return without having to print a label at home. This turned it to be false as the seller refused to provide a QR code. So I had to pay at a shop to print out the code and return an item which I was returning because it was fake. I returned it using that label and eBay says it's been returned but the seller still won't refund me, having said he would if I returned it. The seller has never denied that the battery was fake, but eBay have clearly taken no action against him because he is still selling them. You cannot trust eBay any longer, and their Buyers Guarantee is worthless. I've had a dispute open for almost 2 weeks about the seller not refunding me and nothing has happened, they've not taken any action, and have ignored all my messages chasing them. eBay is flooded with scammers and eBay don't care as long as they make a profit. I've used it for hundreds of purchases over the years but will think twice about using eBay again after this experience. I feel like I've been scammed by eBay as a company, as well as the eBay seller.

It’s the same thing as I’ve been reading in the same thing as happening to me is that after 3 1/2 years everything is working fine for the most part. I spend $70 a year plus extra 20 to 40 a week or two weeks to do the extra Time on some of the lessons and now I ain’t getting the point and now I’m getting demoted because I can’t gain enough points because they’re not allowing it to happen and from what I’m reading it doesn’t seem like there’s anybody on the other end that cares it was helpful, but it’s better to be on the upper level basically what you’ve earned

The warranty is useless

Their products are awesome the G703 is perfect for me however after 3 months my scrollwheel randomly broke.I spoke to their support and they gave me a bunch of stuff todo such as updating drivers etc which I did, they then said oh ok this is going to have to be a warranty claim then so t hey asked for my SN which I provided they then handed me over to a completely new person who diverted the conversation back to it being a software thing and gave me the exact same instructions again, it's a shame Logitech can make some quality products but their support brings them down especially when they `offer a warranty` yet it's impossible to claim on that warrant.

POOR

I generated a one time card to purchase clothing from M&S online. I returned several items and this is when all the problems began. I have had to jump hoops to prove the returns by providing receipt numbers, screenshots of the online orders and returns information. All the dates of the orders and returns correctly aligned with the Klarna app. The app did not submit for the final return, so I again sent screenshots of the online order and the return via email. Klarna has stated I missed the deadline, which is incorrect, as I emailed them as soon as the app would not submit. Klarna sent 2 different reference numbers for the dispute, which do not even match the M&S order number. This company tries to put the onus on the customer and treats them unfairly. Very poor company and terrible customer service. Its one- time card is obviously not compatible with M&S orders and returns or Klarna is otherwise completely incompetent.The dispute resolution team respond with absolutely non- sensical advice. I have repeated myself numerous times in emails and they get picked up by different people responding to what has already been said previously and this has resulted in me sending the same screenshots of proof of return over and over again. Terrible service!

Top-notch customer service. Although initial questions are handled very well by a virtual assistant, and I would say excellently, if things start to get a little more complicated, a human assistant steps in to resolve all issues with patience and makes everything very simple. Thanks to Tomas.
