I am on my 35th day of my bank transactions not dropping into Freshbooks. This is the second time this year this has happened. Their explanation when I demanded to know when the problem would be fixed was "To be completely transparent, Bank Connection issues can happen to any bank at any time. When a bank updates its website or security it severely impacts the connections that Yodlee, our bank import partner, is able to maintain. As these are done by banks without informing Yodlee, we send investigation requests retroactive to the changes when we're notified by users. There is a very delicate balancing act with the code, the banks and Yodlee. The repairs are complex, need to be perfectly accurate to ensure your security, and can include a moving target if the bank makes further updates"I completely understand that CC/bank and all the in between networks need to talk to each other. However this Freshbooks system is supposed to be for small business owners and basically that is it's job, to be the in between. This is the second time this year that this has happened, last time it took over 8 weeks to connect my account with my bank.
