I sent a 14lb. Lego set to my buyer, and paid for a 19lb label to account for bubble wrap and the box itself. I paid $28.00 as suggested on Mercari website and Mercari came back and added a $314.00 overage shipping fee. I called FedEx and they confirmed that it cost $32.80. $3.00 difference to $300.00 is blatant theft. Stay away from this app.

I uploaded a list of 14000 mails and after mailchimp charged me $135 to use it, they mention that 300 of them were outdated, so they suspended my list, with an explanation from the support team, I asked for a refund and they redirected me to the billing which never replied at all. So now I realized that mailchimp do not have ANY CUSTOMER CARE service or phone to reach any one. Even if you pay for the highest plan, they will not care about you as long as they already have your money.

The Pricing is good, and the promise is great. However, they were unable to actually move my accounts from Xero in a manner that didn't include over 600 mistakes. They didn't own the mistake, they said it was an issue for the data switcher, which I couldn't contact. They also admitted that their online guidance for data switching isn't up-to-date and doesn't match their recommended guidance... how you should be aware of this, I don't know. Their conclusion was that everything would have to be manually switched. They wouldn't give a refund on the product, despite this taking place within 2 weeks of attempting it. So, I'd say that this could be a good option for anyone just starting or willing to start fresh. However, if anything goes wrong, don't expect the help to be there. I might try again after the end of year accounts has been filed, but given the experience, I'll also be looking at other options or just staying with Xero. The only reason it's getting 2 stars is that the staff were friendly/polite and really did want to help.

Terrible service. It took me far too long to be able reset my password. None of the FAQs were relevant or worked to assist me. This should simply be a "forgot your password" link but getting such a link seems to be an impossibility on my device or on my mobile app. Impossible to speak with anyone. The AI customer service bot should simply be removed it's so incredibly bad. I'm so so happy I also have an Xbox so I can deal with Microsoft and their leagues ahead service. I hope PlayStation capitulates as a console brand since it cannot get the simplest things right. This is the reason I haven't played my PS5 in so long. No games, poor interface and honestly it underperforms against the Xbox Series X in almost every way.

The app is truly like light in the dark for skilled people who wish to work while being close to home. The app provides a seamless experience with all the guidelines to make our gigs stand out. The only thing I think could be improved is the payment clearance time. Haha. The wait is half a month! I’ve been a been for with The Knot for about 5 years now. At first I had a really great experience. But In the last two years I’m really disappointed. Last year I upgraded to a listing thats the price of a Mercedes payment every month in a higher market. Since my new account manager has taken over I’ve had a vast drop in bookings. I noticed this happened after telling her I won’t be upgrading my listing. I’ve heard rumors that they tamper with inquires for vendors and I’m fairly sure I’m experiencing it in a manipulation to spend more money with them. After years of paying them for advertising. Even through a year where I lost 90% of my income. I’m overall unhappy with the service. I’ve reached out for a solution from my account manager. If I’m met with more sales I’ll be asking to have someone else handle my listing. If no improvement I’ll be canceling. Unfortunately, I had this experience with weddingwire while they were separate companies. Now, it seems The Knot is adopting those practices.

N.B - review of Garmin service rather than the product as I am yet to receive it!I ordered a Garmin Instinct Solar on 26th December to arrive in time for a trip on 8th January. The processing time was listed as 1-3 days and I thought that would leave plenty of time for it to arrive, even including UK public holidays. Had received no further communication by 4th January so was a little concerned, contact the Garmin team and was informed of 'uncertain delays' on processing. This means that it will not arrive in time for my trip. I would not have found this out unless I contacted them myself as I had received no updated information since my original order, which still states 1-3 processing time.Not the level of service or communication I would expect from a company like Garmin, disappointing.
