I uploaded a list of 14000 mails and after mailchimp charged me $135 to use it, they mention that 300 of them were outdated, so they suspended my list, with an explanation from the support team, I asked for a refund and they redirected me to the billing which never replied at all. So now I realized that mailchimp do not have ANY CUSTOMER CARE service or phone to reach any one. Even if you pay for the highest plan, they will not care about you as long as they already have your money.
