Purchased a RTX 4070 laptop from a retailer. Within the first few months the laptop had a fault where anything running on it would have a hardh stutter. The laptop was arranged by asus to be repaired which took over 20 days as the needed to "replace a part with spares" The laptop came back with scatches on the lid and with a non working overclocking button. Preparing to send it off for repair I took photos of the pristine condition of the laptop, knowing full well the condition of the laptop being sent of to be told that they did not do it when contacting their services was an insult.I am currently in the process of requesting a refund but AVOID ASUS. From my experience they don't care - imagine being a company that sends your laptop back repairing one thing and damaging others. TERRIBLE.
