The onboarding experience with Quickbooks went well. The free telephone call to run through the basic features and help to set up the system was very welcome although I do have to question the knowledge of the person I spoke with. I found ChatGPT to be far more helpful.

We have been using hootesuite for a couple of years and the subscription auto renewed an. d took an annual payment from our bank. We then received an email of a price increase. And contacted them to cancel and they will not refund the annual subscription which is paid until Sept 2024.No contact number. Nobody you can speak to. Really poor customer service.Basically robots you are speaking with.

ESPN COVERAGE OF THE ROSE BOWL SUCKS!!! I was expecting "normal" camera coverage of one of the biggest college football games of the year but instead I'm watching a single cameras view with NO replays!! FURTHERMORE THE COMENTARY IS HORRIBLE !! Oh how I miss watching a NCAA game on ABC, NBC, CBS or FOX !! It looks like ESPN said "How can we show the game for as cheap as possible".

I've ordered a very big order on June 4th 2017 (about €1300). Received the box app 10 days later in the Netherlands and returned 17 unwanted items (worth €830 + ) on June 20th all in one box (5 kg) to El Corte Ingles, Alfonso Gomez 8 Madrid. The complete box was received (proof by track and trace) on June 27 th 2017. Since then I've mailed them 25 times, called them more then 10 times, even went to customer service in Girona personally to explain my situation and to ask my money back.On July 14th I got a mail from El Corte Ingles where they stated to have received only 4 of the 17 items. And from these 4 items 2 items were kept at my home. They said they would refund €170 to my PayPal account. 2 mistakes: nothing was refunded and I returned 17 items, not 4!!!Since then I was calling, pleading etc to get an solution of this bad bad bad company. Nothing. Only mails which said they would refer my mail to the correct department. What happened? Did someone at the receiving line STEAL a lot of items? I this company going bankrupt and doesn't have enough funding to return items??? Don't they care about customers? In my opinion it is a very arrogant neglective way to treat customers. And in my opinion they steal money from online buyers. I'm very disappointed and sad about this company and would never recommend anyone to buy online from this store.Update August 29th 2017: after numerous calls and mails I finally got the message that indeed they recieved my package and refunded me for €870 on my PayPal account. Only PayPal says the money was never sent to my account. After my mail that I want proof from el corte ingles that the wired the money to my account its very quit. Despite again numerous more calls and mails: nothing! Only that my has been transferred to the appropriate department.... I think there is a big fraud going on internally within this company. It's outrageous that I have to wait this long to get my money back. NEVER BUY INTERNATIONAL FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

tl;dr: Poor customer service, liars, don't get close to them.I booked the wrong date by mistake, I wanted the 14th but booked on the 15th, I requested to adjust the dates but they refused because of the policy, however, they mentioned that I could cancel and re-book again, I was OK with that so I did request to cancel, later on, they replied that cancellation was rejected because the property(hotel) did not approve it. I called the hotel and they denied receiving any request from Agoda, they said Expedia should be sending a cancellation request or date adjustment but we haven't received so, so basically, Agoda is using Expedia behind the scenes. I sent another cancellation request to Agoda but they replied with the same story, back at the hotel this time the staff sent me their recent inbox emails and there was nothing from Expedia. This company is scamming us and we should take mass legal action against them!!

They were very unhelpful in assisting my timetabling issue with a tutor. In the end I managed to deal with the tutor directly outside of preply and the situation was sorted. No thanks to Preply!

Enjoy the membership but my husband and I have been paying for separate accounts for many years now and every time I phone up there is a different reason why our accounts can't be merged to a joint membership. Why is it not easy.. I can't do it on my online login. I can't do it over email. Every time I phone up there is a different reason why they can't do it. Just means that we are paying more for two separate memberships

I am also through with Kroger although I have been a loyal customer for many years. If they want to play politics then I will do so as well. I will not spend my dollars in a store that acts as traitor to Trump and the well being of America. AS an aside... they have gone downhill ..... not much organic food... poor quality there and not so clean.
