I've ordered a very big order on June 4th 2017 (about €1300). Received the box app 10 days later in the Netherlands and returned 17 unwanted items (worth €830 + ) on June 20th all in one box (5 kg) to El Corte Ingles, Alfonso Gomez 8 Madrid. The complete box was received (proof by track and trace) on June 27 th 2017. Since then I've mailed them 25 times, called them more then 10 times, even went to customer service in Girona personally to explain my situation and to ask my money back.On July 14th I got a mail from El Corte Ingles where they stated to have received only 4 of the 17 items. And from these 4 items 2 items were kept at my home. They said they would refund €170 to my PayPal account. 2 mistakes: nothing was refunded and I returned 17 items, not 4!!!Since then I was calling, pleading etc to get an solution of this bad bad bad company. Nothing. Only mails which said they would refer my mail to the correct department. What happened? Did someone at the receiving line STEAL a lot of items? I this company going bankrupt and doesn't have enough funding to return items??? Don't they care about customers? In my opinion it is a very arrogant neglective way to treat customers. And in my opinion they steal money from online buyers. I'm very disappointed and sad about this company and would never recommend anyone to buy online from this store.Update August 29th 2017: after numerous calls and mails I finally got the message that indeed they recieved my package and refunded me for €870 on my PayPal account. Only PayPal says the money was never sent to my account. After my mail that I want proof from el corte ingles that the wired the money to my account its very quit. Despite again numerous more calls and mails: nothing! Only that my has been transferred to the appropriate department.... I think there is a big fraud going on internally within this company. It's outrageous that I have to wait this long to get my money back. NEVER BUY INTERNATIONAL FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
