I bought the Al Rilah Pro ball as Christmas gift for my son, during a holiday trip on 23.12.2022, in the Addidas Flagship store in Bangkok - Thailand. Not even a year later the ball starts falling apart, despite not using the ball much.As I do live in Singapore, I can’t simply return the ball in Bangkok, where Addidas Singapore is not really interested to address the warranty claim. Therefore I contacted Addidas via their customer's portal in Germany and to my disappointment, I was only be pushed around by either non competent personnel or a half cooked AI software.Feels like they just want me to give up the idea to either have the ball repaired or replaced. In the meanwhile I turned down the offer of a 30% rebate voucher, as this is not solving the fundamental problem.Instead Addidas should simply and professionally deal with a customer complain, which is obviously related to a faulty Addidas product. The ball comes with a 2 year shape warranty, whereas the disintegration of the ball panels could be understood by the simplest of mind as a shape issue.Let’s see if anyone in that public listed company has the decency to address the issue.

I would be lucky to be able to list every failing this drain on Taxpayers money has.In the last few months I have raised a complaint, and it more or less states on submission, thanks for raising a complaint but we will not take any action other than chat nicely to the party you are complaining about. On enquiry I am told no action will be taken unless it is a "big" issue and that the ICO has no statutory powers to issue or enforce fines, as these would be challenged in the court and struck down. They therefore have to rely on the goodwill of the people being investigated to accept a fine.Try complaining online doesn't work. If you are unlucky enough to get to raise a case you are asked for information you cannot possibly have and they take several months to even acknowledge the issue being raised. So to get this I raised a SAR with the organization I am complaining about who then failed to meet the deadline or the content or share in a way I could access.Back to ICO well that's fine they can do that. I questioned whether in fact the choice of delivery was not to the benefit of the data subject; to which the roundabout answer was not exactly you have to state you cannot access it and suggest an alternate which the processor/ controller has to agree is secure. But isn't the data the property of the subject? Hah maybe in the EU pal!Ok so when a company registered and trading in the UK breached UK data laws but says that their responsibility to a data offices overseas ?We would not get involved you need to address your complaint to the overseas data protection referred to by the organization making the alleged breach.Back to the ICO to ask what action if any had been taken during this time, none wheat received the information you could not possibly get so we haven't done anything further.Ok so why have you dropped the second organization in the complaint, oh they said that they had answered you and that they were happy that they had complied. (paraphrasing)Honestly they are up there with BT as organizations that should just be ceased

299 bus route to Muswell Hill is the worst one, always it’s run late for more than 1 hour. I really recommend to fix the problems with it. Lots of people actually are waiting in the bus station and no body cares about us. This bus is completely out of control.

Support is absolutely useless I was hacked and tried to stop payments. Was told 5 business days for them to review. I have Continued to be hacked and have payments withdrawn within that 5 days. They blame my bank but the money is on the PlayStation network. Support does absolutely nothing they just end the chat by saying “is there anything else we can help you with” ? Oahu. Been a PlayStation customer for 15 years and will be cancelling all accounts and never going back
Review of songkick
Not only do they email you about gigs you might be interested in, they provide reliable ticket buying services that I've used many times. I can't recommend them highly enough. Songkick enhances my gig going experience (they share band set times when they know them, remind you to buy tickets for upcoming gigs, etc), and I'll continue to be a loyal customer. I've definitely caught more gigs as a result of this service and had a seamless ticket buying experience with them to go along with it.

It's always something with lift. It's everything From creepy pervy men to plane out of line rude drivers, to dirty cars. I'm over there poor service to customers and also there horrible gps navigation issues. They need to be held accountable for the people who drive for them and there actions. Uber is amazing I never have an issue.

Review of asus
I purchased an Asus laptop through Snow Bell on Amazon (Order #113-7263017-6313037) for our church's audio and video streaming needs. Unfortunately, the laptop was incompatible with our digital mixer, making it unusable for streaming purposes. Here's a breakdown of my experience dealing with the seller (Snow Bell), the manufacturer (Asus), and Amazon:The laptop had a serious issue with the audio output—it was only at 30% of normal volume when connected to our digital mixer. This problem was confirmed by Asus' technical support, and they stated it was a compatibility issue, not a defect with the laptop. Even after several troubleshooting sessions, including remote access by Asus' IT personnel, they could not resolve the issue.I attempted to return the laptop within the first three weeks of purchase, which was well within the return period. However, Amazon's return process directed me to contact Asus instead of processing the return directly. Asus took nearly two months to try and resolve the issue, but they eventually confirmed that it couldn’t be fixed due to compatibility problems. Asus also said they couldn’t provide a refund because I didn’t purchase the laptop directly from them, and their only solution was to offer a replacement. However, the replacement would have the same compatibility problem. When I contacted Snow Bell for assistance, they repeatedly refused to accept the return, claiming that I had missed the 30-day return window, even though I had initially tried to return it within that period. They ignored my explanation about the delays caused by Asus' troubleshooting process.Amazon’s response to this issue has been equally disappointing. Despite my attempts to return the laptop within the return window, they directed me to the manufacturer, Asus, rather than handling the return themselves. After Asus failed to resolve the issue, I contacted Amazon’s Claim Center twice to request a refund, but both times they denied my claim. Their representatives kept saying there was "nothing they could do" and deferred to Snow Bell and Asus, leaving me stuck with a laptop that doesn’t meet my needs.Snow Bell eventually offered a warranty repair, but this was irrelevant to the problem at hand. The laptop’s issue is not a defect—it’s a fundamental compatibility problem with our digital mixer, as confirmed by Asus. A warranty repair won’t fix this, and Snow Bell's refusal to provide a refund shows a lack of responsibility toward their customers.I'm left with a laptop that is unusable for its intended purpose, and neither Snow Bell, Asus, nor Amazon are willing to take responsibility. If you’re purchasing a laptop for specialized purposes or if you expect reliable customer service, I would strongly advise caution when dealing with third-party sellers like Snow Bell on Amazon. My experience has been frustrating and time-consuming, with no resolution in sight.

Review of vrbo
I will never book again with VRBO. My booking for a holiday July 2025 was booked, confirmed and deposit paid 500 euros in Oct 2024. Then I discovered 2 days ago that 9 days after my booking our dates were changed but without any communication. A one time pass code had been activated but not by us.When we contacted Host they didn't say we had changed dates but that their agent had booked someone in for our dates. Suspicious. Although our booking had been guaranteed they choose a longer stay wirh another customer over our booking. Had I not noticed it would have ruined our holiday next year. VRBO was not very helpful. Not risking booking again with them.

I ran Facebook Lead Form Ads for 3 months, and honestly, they were a complete waste of time and money. The leads I got were completely worthless—unresponsive, unqualified, and clearly just people clicking without any real interest. I optimized the forms, tested different creatives, and followed best practices, but it made no difference. If you're looking for serious, engaged leads, Facebook Lead Ads are not the way to go.
