I booked a flat for $5758. Unfortunately, my reservation was later canceled with the explanation that the flat had been sold out. Upon checking my refund, I found that I was refunded $500 less than the original amount I paid. I have reached out multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have been advised that it is not their responsibility and that I should check with my bank. This has resulted in a financial loss for me, and I am unable to make another reservation due to the 7-day processing time for the refund.
