I ordered a rug on 12-4-24

I ordered a rug on 12-4-24. It did not appear on Wayfair app but my credit card was charged. I reached out to Wayfair chat customer service many times. It kept switching reps and I had to start my inquiry over each time. The messages were robotic. They kept saying it was delivered. I tried calling the customer service number the last rep provided 877-929-3247 and it kept disconnecting. I googled other numbers to call and finally connected with a live agent, Kayla who told me the order wasn’t shipped yet because of delays. I tried to cancel but she said it was too late and I’d have to pay a shipping charge if I ever received it. In the meantime I ordered another rug from Amazon with 3 days expected delivery. Do not order from Wayfair. It is a very deceptive company and very frustrating to speak with someone live and impossible to resolve issues.I received the rug on 12-12, after I wrote this review. The rug is fine except it was sent roll up( the only way it could) and the sides are curling up. I’ll try ironing it with a light towel and low heat to flatten it out. The issue was resolved but I’m still upset with the lack of accurate communications at customer service chat.
