If I could give minus stars I would, 1 star is just too generous for these people. The definition of a scam. Took payment and made booking without my authorisation, after the first booking was cancelled. Exhausted by trying to call, chat, message with their customer 'support'. Each time there is a new person responding, it's like beating your head against a wall (actually that would be more pleasant). Even though I got a confirmation from a hotel that the booking can be cancelled free of charge, Agoda still is not resolving this issue and refunding me my money. They would probably respond something generic here, like we're sorry provide us more details. But just like on Instagram they would say to keep waiting from customer service. So they are holding my money hostage, while waiting for a confirmation from a 'third party', and a hotel! How is this supposed to be my problem, pay me back my money, and get yours back at your own pace.Avoid, avoid, avoid.
