Whenever I write on here about the lack of features in payroll the reply is that certain features are only available is payroll advanced, even though even the free HMRC payroll has them. However even when these features are available in advanced they often do not work. For example there is a built in calculator to give the gross salary required for a desired net salary. However this does not work when there are deductions such as salary sacrifice for pensions. Come on Intuit, get your act together.

I've been a contractor using QuickBooks since 2015 without issue — until now, and it’s been an absolute nightmare.Out of nowhere, QuickBooks shut down my Payments account — the service that allows me to take payments from my customers — with no warning, no explanation, and no resolution. I checked every inbox, including spam, just like their reps instructed — nothing. No emails. No notice.At the time, I had two customer payments pending: one for $9,800 and another for $7,000 — payments I needed to complete projects and pay subcontractors. With no way to process them, I was left scrambling, and QuickBooks offered zero support. I contacted them over 20 times, and every time I got the same empty promise: "Someone from the business and payments team will reach out." It’s been weeks — no one ever did.Their invoicing tools might be decent, but none of that matters when they can kill your ability to get paid without notice or justification. It’s unacceptable. I had to move my entire payments system to Stripe just to keep my business running.If you're a business owner, do not rely on QuickBooks for payment processing. It’s great when it works — until it suddenly doesn’t, and you're left stranded with no answers and no income. This was one of the worst decisions I’ve made for my business. I'm warning anyone who needs reliable payment services: look elsewhere.

I tried to buy a 20$ item via chat with in store pick up. sounds like a simple process but after 23 minutes of chat I gave up. apparently, using another person's computer threw these electronic wizards for a loop. I have an account so gave my name, email etc, explained I wasn't the person who their site showed I was-based on the computer I was using-and that seemed to be an insurmountable problem. Buggy awful product. I design software so I use a ton of software providers to do my job. For some reason Typeform is the only provider I have to get customer support help with on more than half the occasions I use it. I have finite time to work on something. This morning no exception. I find that they've changed the name and the flow of something they used to call hidden fields to something now called URL Variables. That's fine, software changes, but the only issue is that my new variables won't save. Typeform has just wasted the hour I had allocated to my task. I really really hate this software. This is the definition of over promise and under deliver.For the price charged I expect very good, not dire.As soon as a viable alternative is available, I'll switch. I have such a negative experience of Typeform. Please do your UX research better Typeform. You are terrible at user experience.

If you want a music app then YouTube is the one. Spotify is awful if you use the free version. You have 1 song then adds 1 song then adds. You listen to more adverts then music. At least with YouTube you can skip after 5 seconds

Ever wonder why many places do not take American express? Now you know... this is their brown standard for plat members. Maybe they should sell you points to use for service too! Pakistan express is what it is.
