AI tools not fit for purpose. That would be fine if you werent bleeding credits for deformed illustrations, and a system that can't carry out the simplest of prompts. There are so many better options out there.Customer service unhelpful and anytime I have had to contact them it's been a waste of time. Have been a premium subscription customer for years but poor attitude, poor AI tools and ever increasing costs, simply does not make it worth it. They keep wanting you to spend more for less.

Very disappointed. After signing on, I was constantly asked to upgrade to a paying membership. However, that’s what I joined with. I could only get basic features. I didn’t use it for a while but noticed I was getting charged the monthly fee. I contacted them and they said they couldn’t find an account for me, but they had no trouble billing me. They asked for another email, maybe that was the trouble. I only use one other. I sent it with no response. Reached out again with zero response. So I cancelled my card. Wouldn’t use them again if my life depended on it.

Not possible to contact anyone for sales information on dell.com . Neither through the account ,chatbot , phone.The chatbot doesn't intercept questions , the phone menu's from all different services.They clearly only want to sell to large enterprises.I didn't bother to order , imagine how customer service will be then. Sorry tried it.

Terrible computer. Relatively new and I have to restart the computer at least once and sometimes twice per day. It's an Inspiron 15. DONT BUY DELL COMPUTERS. Go with HP, they are superior to DELL. I haven't added any appreciable software and operating system is up to date. It's frustrating and unnecessary as well. BIG MISTAKE owning/buying a Dell.

Incredibly efficient.I contacted 1Password about migration away from LastPass and they were quick to respond. This is even after I missed the email for 2 days.They were happy to offer me a 50% discount on my first year for switching despite only having 2 months left of my LastPass subscription.I couldn't ask for better service.

Very disappointed. My first order has arrived damaged, I have reported it. Waited few days, exchanged few email and they have offered new item to be sent. 4 days pasted no email with confirmation, no tracking. I have chased and no reply. It was my first order and I won’t be back. It is very frustrating because I was very excited to be a loyal customer.

LITFADAVOID AT ALL COSTSThis is my 4th post outlining how bad this company is. After what is now 14 attempts at getting my money back after an item I purchased was misrepresented. Today’s response …. Buy an slternative and go through 50 hoops to even do that. And I want a refund … not a replacement.!!! THE WORST COMPANY EVER!!!
