I tried to buy a 20$ item via chat with in store pick up. sounds like a simple process but after 23 minutes of chat I gave up. apparently, using another person's computer threw these electronic wizards for a loop. I have an account so gave my name, email etc, explained I wasn't the person who their site showed I was-based on the computer I was using-and that seemed to be an insurmountable problem. I went to Walmart and cursed myself for dealing with BB
