On the advice of a staff member I purchased lingerie that ended up being too small despite me speaking to my wife and being very specific that she is a size 8-10. Was given 6-8 which for the style is too small and they refuse to let me a male exchange it for the next size up. Horrendous!!

I bought a car from Evans Halshaw Ford, East Kilbride. Over all the experience was poor and there was no waw factor. The outside of the car I bought was prepped well but I had to do my own valet on the inside when I got home. Seats were dirty and dash had a film of dirt! All fixed with hot water, upholstery cleaner and a bit of effort. Saying all this I am now happy with the car and what I finally paid for it.

Absolutely the worst POS system. We currently use it and it's worthless. None of the reports are accurate and customer service is horrible and worthless. Their brick and morter system is attractive compared to others. We are adding shopify and would change to their pos system if they didn't make you use their credit card processing with customer facing device. If that changes, we’ll use shopify. I'd stay away from clover. Much better systems out there that actually work and has a customer service to help.
Review of ko-fi
The service ko-fi provides is incredible, it's super convenient, easy to use, and intuitive to set up. I honestly haven't seen one as non-nonsense like it elsewhere. I use it to receive support for my writing from my readers, and found ko-fi to be the most convenient platform out of all I tried (I tried quite a few). Plus there are a lot of helpful features. But that's overall, just yesterday I encountered a technical problem and made a request. Their support reacted within hours, contacting me right away, if I remember right 2 hours, and was actually helpful unlike many services I know (where support is just glorified FAQ, with ko-fi, that isn't the case, they care, and they help). The problem got resolved just this morning, so it took only a bit over 24 hours, which is insanely fast as far as I am concerned. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience with the service, and with the help I received. ^^

Review of google
An interesting situation unfolded which helped us determine JUST HOW FAR behind AWS and Microsoft Azure this organization is: Google Cloud billing sold us a package with the promise that engineers would restore a VM with data loss back to a point in time, just 4 days back. Upon payment, support said, no we cannot. The number of people who told us different stories and the final outcome, shows exactly why cybercriminals LOVE exploiting Google customers: because they know, that extorting a Google client is easy: Google Support is NON existent and the client will cave into ransoms. One will have to go incredibly far to find a support team as dysfunctional as is the case with Google Cloud. The CEO of Google should simply resign and the board should disband this misfit of a department without delay. Such is the disarray, that a user must grant himself the necessary privileges to reach out to billing and support. The things I saw in dealing with this organization, resembled every single thing that is wrong with society. It is bound to fail. INVESTORS: RUN as far as you can get from Alphabet. The organization is poorly managed to a degree you cannot imagine.
Review of bloomberg
I signed up for a trial and cancelled well before the trial ended, only after a few days of use. I just wasn't using it enough to justify the monthly cost. Somehow, Bloomberg created two accounts for me, so cancelling once wasn't enough apparently. I had no idea I had two accounts nor that it was even possible to have two accounts, and I was suddenly charged, 3 months later, $34.99. I called them to dispute this charge and kindly requested a refund. They refused to refund me. I spoke to a supervisor and they "escalated" it twice after I kept calling back, only to be told the same thing via email and phone. This was their mistake, not mine. They told me themselves my last login was June right before I cancelled my first subscription, yet they wouldn't refund me. Why would I sign up and pay for the same thing twice? Total scam. I had to dispute the charge with my bank and file a claim. Pathetic that a company this big didn't make this right.

I don't know why you have to pick a star to leave a review. They don't deserve not even the one star. They are expensive and unreliable. I sill haven't received my package. One minute yhe tracking is showing out for delivery between 10:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m. then after waiting until closing hours it switches to on it's way. It even went back to UPS no longer have this package. I called customer service three times and even asked to speak to a manager on the last call. It wasn't until I told them that I was going to leave a bad review, before I got to speak to the manager. I was told that they will esculate the matter and that I would receive a response before the end of the day, however I am still waiting.I have contacted the business that I bought my product from to asked the to contact UPS and start a dispute, as I will be doing the same, to get my payment back in a full refund. We thought the sevice would have been faster than the post office, but it's even slower, with terrible costumer service. Need less to say that I will not be using UPS for shipping anymore.
