I had already a few orders with bol.com, everything was smooth.But for one of the first time, I had to return an article and it has not been the same experience at all.It was a gift, the person already had it so I returned it unopened and sealed. Then I received information that my return has been refused due to missing elements.How can it be if it has never been open ?That horrible experience will make me think again before ordering again on bol.comedit: I have a response from the client service, when I asked "what was the real reason", they just responded "it has just not been accepted". No other reason. What an horrible experience !!!!

Just returned from Elounda in Crete. The holiday company 'on the beach' would do well to investigate the hotel Aristea.The position of the hotel is great but the quality of the rooms, staff and breakfast is appalling. My bathroom door still bore the hole where somebody must have kicked it open at some point. The woman on reception is so rude and smokes incessantly even through breakfast.The breakfast is dire, we couldn't eat it and had to go out every morning.Bread, spam, processed cheese. No yoghurt, honey, fruit that you would expect in Greece. It really doesn't even deserve 1 star.

Enjoyed the subscription for years but it came time to cancel. I’m a subscriber from Canada and it was impossible to cancel this subscription. I had to make multiple phone calls - the call centre was very busy and all I could hear was people shouting “can you hear me, I can’t hear you”. This seemed like a ploy to make people frustrated and hang up without cancelling. I could barely hear the people I was speaking to. Initially they said to cancel on the app. The app wouldn’t let me cancel. I called back (long distance) and they wouldn’t let me cancel without going through a litany of questions and if my answers weren’t satisfactory they would demand why’s. I would say my answer was sufficient for my purpose of cancelling and they would say we can’t move on with cancellation without you telling us why for each question they had. Calling long distance and having someone also go through the sections they could see you read and asked if you enjoyed them and if so, why cancel, was frustrating and bizarre. It was enough to make me not want to ever resubscribe. Terrible customer service.

Shopping at this Kroger is more often than not a very disappointing experience. The produce is very rarely fresh. They are often out of stock or don't carry the items I need. This store is walking distance from my house, but I have begun to drive 5 miles to the closest Meijer because the experience and quality of products is so much better.The one redeeming quality of this store is that many of the employees, especially those in management, are very friendly.
