Enjoyed the subscription for years but it came time to cancel. I’m a subscriber from Canada and it was impossible to cancel this subscription. I had to make multiple phone calls - the call centre was very busy and all I could hear was people shouting “can you hear me, I can’t hear you”. This seemed like a ploy to make people frustrated and hang up without cancelling. I could barely hear the people I was speaking to. Initially they said to cancel on the app. The app wouldn’t let me cancel. I called back (long distance) and they wouldn’t let me cancel without going through a litany of questions and if my answers weren’t satisfactory they would demand why’s. I would say my answer was sufficient for my purpose of cancelling and they would say we can’t move on with cancellation without you telling us why for each question they had. Calling long distance and having someone also go through the sections they could see you read and asked if you enjoyed them and if so, why cancel, was frustrating and bizarre. It was enough to make me not want to ever resubscribe. Terrible customer service.
