Charged my card without notice

They charged my card without prior notice, and I haven't even signed up for any of their products! I submitted a support ticket so we could resolve the issue, but all I've had back are auto-responses telling me they are overrun with support tickets (so I imagine their products aren't very good). It's been a week—nothing! Update: After I asked to speak to management and invested an hour into fixing the issue, they resolved the problem. However, this doesn't stop their policies from being outdated, and their systems need to be optimised to handle problems more effectively.

I ordered 2 caps from them the emblem's are so small it's ridiculous. You cannot read the writing on the emblem's with at all. It's definitely not representative of the patches I wore on my shoulder when I was in the Army. They won't refund your money instead they only offer a Redbubble voucher for some other mickey mouse product

Superb

I knew nothing about Redbubble and was nervous about ordering from a company I'd never heard of but I needn't have worried. The order was shipped from Germany to Ireland in the Christmas rush and arrived bang on time, generously packaged to avoid any damage. It was also beautifully printed. I find that in general people are more likely to leave a review when they have a bad experience so I think it's important to say when things have gone well, and that was definitely my experience with Redbubble. 10/10

DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. If you value your facebook page to receive messages, stick to using messenger. This software will eventually stop messenger working. They company do not care in the slightest and tell you to get help from Meta but it was their software that broke it in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

Awful

Awful. They can't even get right a very basic delivery and route planning. Plus at check out a lot of hidden and unwanted fees are added. Good luck keeping a successful business while focusing your attention on corporate greed rather than on service providers (dashers) or customer satisfaction.

Works only as a Virtual 1990's internet loading experience.

At one time way back in the mists of time the DM was seen as a NEWSpaper and a trusted one at that. The web version now is really worse than awful and is full of copied articles from thiktok, mumsnet etc. And nothing at all is edited for typos and untruths.....And as for the loading time of both the app and the online version of the Mail... well all I can say is that the only thing missing from experiencing the 1990's internet loading times and speed is that funny whiny sound... Worse than appalling tbh.

Rude service

Customer service representative hung up the phone on me because I refused to repeat myself a third time. When I called back to explain to another representative that the 20% coupon off entire order was visible prior to paying but was removed prior to charging my card, the representatives lied and stated sale items can't get a coupon sale also. I told them I duplicated my efforts and can screenshot it taking off both discounts and the rep ignored me and kept lying. I asked for a supervisor and she came back and said a supervisor won't speak to me because prices change at random and they can't control that. The prices never changed in an hour. The 20% coupon simply wasn't applied. The resolution was for me to charge the entire order again & hope the 1st order from an hour ago doesn't ship from the warehouse & gets canceled. All I wanted was a credit for the difference of est. $59. I definitely wasn't charging over $1000 twice without a guarantee of a cancelation.

Review of zoom

Frustration with yet another changed layout.

I mainly use Zoom on an ipad, but when I logged on with my Desktop at home to open an important recurrent meeting I found that, yet again, zoom had change the entry page layout and it took me over 15 minutes to find the recurrent meeting. Why can't they leave the thing alone. Zoom seems more concerned with getting me to use AI. Well, as it happens, I am an intelligent human being and I don't need a computer to think for me. The sad thing is that Zoom used to be so good (I used it all during lockdown) but they just can't leave it alone and make it so frustrating to use.

Horrible customer care, they kept sending me dunning emails for an order which was returned to Zara by the delivery company. They never answer the phone, and the chat in the app is so bad, it feels like a scam at this point, I'm never buying anything from them again!!

The Rudeness of staff Hits a Whole New Level

The Rudeness of staff (Manager) at 333 Oxford Street was completely unacceptable. I stupidly requested if another till could be opened - this is at 13:55 today - 11th December 2024. There was a huge queue and just one member of staff on a til (he was obviously new and was asking another staff member for help with something and looked very nervous and worried about the length of the till) The manager was standing around behind the till area talking to two other members of staff (she had been around the tills for a while, which is why i asked for a till to be opened, instead of staff just standing around unpacking paper bags at the till area (not serving any customers). Customers in the queue were grumbling to one another that there was only one till open, so i politely asked if another till could be opened. The Manager (very terse looking and speaking woman) responded that she doesn't operate tills - so I suggested maybe someone else could. She mumbled some rather disparaging comment about me - not quiet enough so I didn't hear, I hasten to add - and rudely responded one was being opened. All the staff around her honestly looked terrified of her - and given her manner it was hardly surprising. I actually told her it was poor customer service to say disparaging comments about customers. She accused me of shouting at her (which i absolutely did not) and walked away. Other customers commented that they couldn't believe how rude she was and that they would put a complaint in about her. All staff refused to give her name or staff number - one very quietly recommended I contacted head office! I suspect she was quietly praying I would!I am honestly still shocked!I know their customer service is appalling, but this was on a whole new level! Its not surprise they struggle to find staff - who would want to work under a manager like that!! No doubt Zara will provide any response - they never do.

My recent flight experience with Southwest Airlines was very pleasant. From the check in to my final destination. I have a disability, so I can’t walk through the airport to get to the gate without wheelchair assistance. And the Southwest transportation assistant’s are very helpful, personable, knowledgeable and pleasant people. And will get you to your destination on time and will either stay with you or come back to ensure that you are boarded onto the plane safely. The flight personnel are very friendly and helpful as well to ensure your safety and comfort. I’ve never had a bad experience when I’ve travelled with this airline. As a matter of fact, I have a flight booked for next month.

ITV how boring Emmerdale has become with regard to the murders Meena has committed, it goes on and on and on, it should have finished months ago. How boring watching two people talking, there is always somebody lurking in the background overhearing the conversations, so corny it is embarrassment. As for changing the viewing times, also coronation as well is a big mistake, as from tonight I shall not be watching anymore. The script writers have lost there way enough is enough

The Yahoo news page links garbage news articles from low-grade leftist sources like Salon, HuffPost, "SheKnows", etc. They clearly scoured the web for sources that were far-left enough for them. So I was glad when Yahoo brought back the ability to comment on articles (during the Trump years they disabled comments on propaganda articles where dissent was not allowed). But then I was permanently censored without warning or explanation after posting an article comment that did not violate user policies but went against their politics. They also deleted my comment history. If you're not a paying customer, which I now refuse to be, they provide no support or means of contacting them to complain.Furthermore I have seen other reviews written by users whose email accounts were suddenly deleted without warning so I've begun transferring important emails and accounts to another address.If you have an account at Yahoo, know that you are in the hands of immature, vindictive people who don't care about you. Do not keep important emails here or use this account as a login elsewhere. You never know when it will go away and you won't be able to access your other accounts. Yahoo offers large mailboxes, even to non-paying customers, but it can all suddenly disappear if they decide they don't like you.
