They charged my card without prior notice, and I haven't even signed up for any of their products! I submitted a support ticket so we could resolve the issue, but all I've had back are auto-responses telling me they are overrun with support tickets (so I imagine their products aren't very good). It's been a week—nothing! Update: After I asked to speak to management and invested an hour into fixing the issue, they resolved the problem. However, this doesn't stop their policies from being outdated, and their systems need to be optimised to handle problems more effectively.
