I am a new player, only started 2 months ago and have learned chess.com puts cheats against you, allows cheats if you win honestly by learning the game. I report these cheaters and they do NOTHING, I block the cheaters that play like a pro against new players and yet I can't win ONE game? It is so easy to detect a cheater when they don't make ONE mistake and steal all your points!!! They don't let you progress and that is MEAN. Point stealing is MEAN. CHEATING is MEAN and destroys the new players desire to even play again!

I downloaded Adobe Reader and it came with McAfee Security Scan Plus which I do not like or want. It cannot be uninstalled and McAfee are no help in uninstalling it. It is a disgrace that I am stuck with a program that I do not want and can't uninstall. Worst customer service ever.

Jeff Dufine is the producer for ESPN’s Broadcast of the NHL playoffs, Specifically the Ranger vs Tampa games! He sucks at it! I don’t think this man has watched a hockey game in his life. If you wanna bounce around on the camera angles and try to follow the game good luck don’t watch ESPN. I have complained to their customer service and put a couple tweets up as well. Apparently you have to pay for ESPN and not get any help from this conglomerate. This is a totally unacceptable broadcast of the NHL playoffs!!!!! Jeff Dufine go find another job

My brother in-law bought me a record player from the third party with Target. Well he is in a wheel chair, He bought at the end of Sept. for Christmas. Opened up on Christmas and played it the other day. The record sounded warped, but record is in perfect shape. So we went to target to return it, but could not, because of this third party that you Target work with. 30 days was up??? This is messed up! I also called the third party line with zero help. I can not believe Target will not take back the gift that is not working and refund the money paid for this record player that cant even play a record…

In the past year I've experienced multiple instances of search not working with PlayStation Store, and showing results only for certain categories. The real problem is the lack of support when dealing with PlayStation. Among several shortcomings is the policy of locking you out of chat assistance if you attempt to use it even TWICE in 24 hours, even if your first attempt ended due to their technical issue.

HP Laptops have a known defect where the screen rips up at/around the hinge and HP is doing nothing to resolve the issue. I have taken excellent care of my HP Envy x360 Convertible 15m-ed1xxx laptop and went to close it one day and the screen ripped up at the hinge and a screw has since then fallen out from that space. I have spent MONTHS trying to resolve this issue with HP and continue to get ghosted. Don't buy HP products. Their customer services is atrocious, they don't take ownership of their defects, and you will waste time and money trying to get the issue resolved. Never buying and HP product again.
