They send a letter telling you they are coming to your door to arrange a time for the survey. If you want to opt out you have to contact them. It should be the other way round. If you want to d the survey you should have to opt in rather than have them turning up at your door.
Review of freepik
It's been many months since I started contributing to Freepik through their website Flaticon. Haven't seen a dime, although I have more than enough funds ready to be payed, according ind to my dashboard analytics. Sent countless emails to no avail. Customer support simply does not solve the issue. I hope they fix this and pay me for my work. This is unethical and downright theft.

Review of eBay
I recently ordered and paid for cosmetics from a company on the eBay site. Foolishly I forgot to check the companies feedback reviews, which with later hindsight were poor. The company took my money but failed to provide my cosmetics, they did not reply to emails. Ebay came up trumps and refunded my money after explaining to them about the non-delivery of my order.

I was lured into joining AARP (I'm 62) by an ad on meetup.com promising 25% off on membership dues. I went through the sign-up rigamarole, and I assure you it was long and difficult. I don't know how someone like my mother could ever get through it. I received 9 emails for confirming my email, for welcoming me to AARP, confirming my payment, for confirming my email (again), for invitations to log in... Then I discovered that I have to give them my phone number for their two-step authentication. There is no way to log in without it. No way to opt out. I do not want two-step phone authentication. I do not want to give you my phone number, too many spammers already have it. I am not giving you my phone number, sorry.I followed a link from an email to AARP to log in from my pc "Log in to AARP with this one-time link:" I go there. "Last time you used passwordless log in, change password? Use passwordless log in" I try that: "Log in to AARP We’ve sent you an email link to XXX. Please follow the link to log in." I check my email. "Log in to AARP with this one-time link:"You get the idea. So I tried calling. The usual robot and phone tree. Finally I get through to a point where they ask me if I want to speak with a human being. YES! 35 minutes waiting, then I hung up. All I wanted to say was "Refund my membership fee. What is this, ring-around-the-rosy? And you are supposed to cater to the elderly? You've got to be joking! Refund my membership fee." But clearly that is impossible. Oh, well, it was only $12 dollars. At least they didn't get my phone number!
