I recently ordered and paid for cosmetics from a company on the eBay site. Foolishly I forgot to check the companies feedback reviews, which with later hindsight were poor.The company took my money but failed to provide my cosmetics, they did not reply to emails. Ebay came up trumps and refunded my money after explaining to them about the non-delivery of my order.
