Clover has helped me keep my business organized and running smoothly. Customer service has been excellent the rare moments I needed it and the clover capital helped me out tremendously when I found myself in a bind. I would recommend clover to anyone!

Almost every product I've purchased in the last 1.5 years from Amazon has died. They no longer do anything for customer satisfaction, just give you a phone number to call the manufacturer for warrenty (3rd party seller) who never responds or answers their voice-mail or messages. Amazon used to at least try to support customer retention, now they could care less. I've had to go through multiple agents to get this resolved. Purchased a dog grooming kit, it died after the 2nd use within 5 months and they can only offer a partial credit, had to finally escalate to a supervisor as the agents do nothing. Amazon should back up the products they sell or stop allowing crappy 3rd party sub-par sellers to sell products on their platform. Posting a negative review does nothing as I still see the same sellers selling their lousy products (Oneisall dog grooming clippers) and sometimes the review gets removed.Time to spend my money elsewhere.

What have you done to the website !!! Just hoping to buy some items for my 4 adult children for Christmas - I do not want to read a lot of stuff just have an efficient search - not to be just accessed womens knitwear and 2 merino jumpers came up ??? That was it.I have not got time or energy to do this .Its a folly and you will lose customers like me who know the sizes roughly but do not want to go through an in depth body metric exam ! Talk about throwing the baby out with the bath water !

I am an avid reader and BN is the only place I buy books. The overall experience, whether in store or online, is always enjoyable. When shopping online, there is a great selection, checkout is almost too easy and shipping is fast. I most appreciate the care with which the books are packed and shipped. Good deals for members, too.

Tragic customer service, still chasing a response since November last year. Poor language and response messaging, new persons every time I contact them. No resolution. Embarrassing all round. Would never deal with them again cannot believe someone of this calibur has customer service levels so poor.

Terrible costumer service that can tell absolutely nothing when they're given a question other than "you account has been terminated due to copyright violation", on an empty account that has nothing on it. This is how the big boys deal with problems they don't really care about. Ignore it till it goes away. I've tried to make an account for my school twice now, both times it was shut down with the message that I should check my inbox. In my mail there was NOTHING from them regarding the termination. I even managed to pay for the first time and upload some important school notes so I had them online. Money and files, I will not see again, because they refuse to answer the mail I sent. Maybe you're lucky if you sign up, that they don't decide that your photo of your dog or kids, that important file you uploaded, is against their will and they will let it stay for about 6 hours till they get bored of it and deletes everything. But at least you had it for a few hours. Go elsewhere for a more professional solution.

I ordered a 36x36 canvas print. On the website the print looked to come in 2 different colors, one bright one muted. I ordered the muted one but received the bright colored print which didn’t work in my space. I reached out 5 days in a row without answer. When I finally received a reply they asked for a picture. I sent several reply’s with the 2 pictures from their website showing the different colors. They finally sent a reply that said they wanted a picture of the canvas I received. Several more reply’s later I finally received a dear John reply that states they don’t alter prints. Total run around. Not worth the money I paid
