They have been beyond appalling.Booked a room in a hotel on con dão island. They took the money from my credit card and sent an email confirming the booking. But they emailed 3 days later to say that I had cancelled the booking and the cancellation had been processed. The refund was 0. I never cancelled anything. Speaking to customer service they seemed completely unable to locate any information about what had happened. They told me that IF I had paid then I would need to claim a refund after a month, but first wait to see if my account was credited automatically. Meanwhile my dream hotel became fully booked. I called them and it turned out Agoda HAD confirmed the room. But Agoda, and the App where I booked, have no record of this. My hotel said eventually they Agoda had given my booking to another tour operator called Ohmyhotel. But Agoda can find no information about any of this and still only tell me my booking is cancelled. It’s so surreal. Such utter incompetence. Not worth the savings! Avoid!
