Canvas is great if you need to pass 6 hours of your time. You cannot get your "website" out of Canvas. You can get a picture of your "website" or a javascript embed link to put on your website, but you will not get any website code. I paid for Pro, because I thought the Free version was a scam so you design your site and then realize you need to pay to get it out. Still no option to export HTML. If I create a "Buy a Cake Here" website with Canvas and then send people a picture of a cake, is that ok? What you get is DNS modification instructions that will break any services on your company's site like VPN. They also do not mention, that they also hijack your traffic with that DNS modification...

I have never in my life experience such shotty service. Our phone service is constantly going down, speed is representative of dial up, phone goes into SOS mode constantly. Tried calling tech support and they just try to sell you more services. I can't wait to switch!

I think I am mirroring a lot of the experiences of others. The forecasts change hourly swinging from clear skies to rain, then backtrack to partial cloud on the next update. Several times lately we have changed plans for days out only to see the forecast was not accurate and we could have done what we originally planned. I realise weather models change regularly, but with all the information at hand to the MET Office, surely they can offer a better forecast for the following 24 hours. Even nowcasting is difficult for them.How the large enterprises that rely on accurate forecasts manage I will never know. The MET Office used to be great, before the new satellites were put up. Perhaps it’s climate change, perhaps it’s because it’s free information the general public get, but with the DSIT funding a large amount of the service with government funding, I think everybody deserves better value for money.

I have to concur with other reviews here about the Adobe subscription policy. It is not a monthly payment it is an up front annual payment payable at the point of joining. The products are fine hence 3 stars but there is a smart ass in management who is big on milking customers to flip a buck. Be very very careful if you just what to dip your toes in to try them. I just paid £79 to cancel.

Terrible company - I cancelled Premiere Pro during the trial period. They still held me into a 12-month contract. Continued to take payment every month. Don't want to do anything to rectify it, they just want to take money for a software that i don't use.Then they decided to auto-renew me into a second 12 month contract after paying 12 months. When I rang to say I'm absolutely not getting sucked into their scam again, they said we'll do you a gesture of good will and waive the cancellation fee!!!!Not rectify the 12 months of payments I've made, or their rubbish customer service.

How is a Playoffs-only package renewed into a full season package? Total rip-off.

Andrew's support was fantastic, however, he was limited by the company's rules to only allowing me half a refund. I explained that, after seeing Musescore on a google search (for MUSIC CHARTS) I then saw a special "SATURDAY DEAL" for an ANNUAL subscription for just under $40 (U.S. dollars). I subscribed, thinking I would certainly print off a number of charts throughout the coming year. Then saw that I was charged twice that amount and worse yet, the services offered were not at all including printing FREE charts. Thank goodness for the half refund but that was a costly mistake with a company with NO MERCY, unfortunately for me.
