There's nothing that I've wanted to do in my marketing, customer retention and tracking that I haven't been able to do with Keap.It's very user friendly and the support is fantastic!

I had booked an online appointment for 5:30 PM My Check in Time was 17:42:43 ESTMy Check Out Time was 19:53:32 ESTIt took more than 2 hours time for the Costco auto technicians to complete the Tire Rotation and Balance on my 2014 Honda CRV.Any mechanic shop would complete this task in 45 minutes.Terrible automotive service - only at Costco of Lawrenceville NJ

I'm a loyal customer of the brand, and have been for a very long time now, however my recent online experience with their customer services was the worst I have experienced, and particularly insulting.I ordered 12 items, yet only received 11. I contacted a customer services representative, which wasn't easy as it appears to be hidden away from the primary site navigation and footer. They requested I completed a form and provided photos, which I submitted. It then took 5 days to receive an email informing me that "The results of our investigation have confirmed that your order was packed correctly and shipped out in its entirety."I took this to imply either a) I am unable to count to 12, or b) I'm lying. Either is not acceptable to me as a loyal customer. The items were all low price, and all multibuy offers when purchasing 2 items, so it was obvious that they should add up to an even number.I went back to the chat, and they agreed to refund me, however I was told the refund would deduct the returns cost, despite not having returned anything! After pointing this out, the refund then didn't match the cost of the missing item or it's offer price value, and appeared to be completely random.I can understand and overlook a genuine mistake, but there were so many here, and they angered me enough to write my first Trustpilot review. This used to be a great company – and the actual stores still appear to be – however like a lot of online businesses, they don't seem to be able to balance efficiency with common sense and proper customer service.

For the price you pay, ODOO can improve on its features instead of creating work for their partners and customers end up paying for standard features that should have been included in a basic accounting software or basic app. For example, I am using ODOO accounting. And they have a duplicate company function which they disallow user to use. Instead user must create new company from scratch and the defaults in the basic version has to be re-set or customised again. This creates work for their partners but is a cost to the existing clients who has to waste time and efforts to re configure or customise or use the partner's services. That's the dark side of ODOO.. hahahaCreating work where there shouldnt be any....
