I recently moved to DE, and I don't speak German. Hence for me I wanted to order from the portal which has English speaking customer service. You never know when you need one. The prices are very competitive when comparing others.Very friendly customer service always willing to help. I order almost 100% of the new house furniture from Otto. Delivery was smooth and as promised. Problem were rectified immediately with expert help when required, have no reason to complain but to recommend anyone moving to Germany and cannot speak German. I haven't found any other portal who have English speaking customer service with fantastic support. Throughout the delivery haven't found anything damaged, packing was perfect despite being more 100kgs in total. I live on the last level and the delivery by Hermes Gelsenkirchen is perfect :) Customer service are friendly always willing to help :) being assembling for the first time in Germany. We always have someone to rely on, when you don't know the language to call out for help :)
