If you're stranded in a crappy hotel overseas and think Booking.com got your back, think twice! All they'll offer you is 25 euros and for you to continue staying at a hotel where the power and AC goes out several times a day on a hot summer afternoon and there is no running water for hours on end. Very disappointed.
