I recently had two phone support calls with Emilie, a support specialist with Mind Body. She was so helpful and patient, walking me through changes we needed to make due to the Covid-19 virus affecting our business. We needed to convert most of our classes to online, and she helped me set everything up. She knew just what to do and communicated it clearly; when she didn't know an answer, she went and sought it out for me. I was very pleased with the support I got.

You pay a big amount of money then you watch a show and nothing but ads. After watching for the night hulu can't remember where I stopped watching so I spend all this time finding and rewatching. Third I click on the episode I think I was watching and then it starts playing a completely differnt episode. My family get hulu for football season. This will definitely be the last year we subscribe with hulu!!!

My second subscription fee was due, my card was automatically debited as expected, but since I switched my vault database from US to EU after a month of using bitwarden, the US account was actually the one that was billed.It only took two emails to fix the issue, the whole issue was solved within approx. 2hrs after sending the ticket. The software as well as the support are definitely worth it!

I purchased an item via Shopify from a boutique called Lux life around June 2024, it’s is now October 2024 and I have NEVER received the product, what’s more, the boutique has refused to respond and now their website is no longer active. I have made multiple request through Shopify to assist me with retrieving a refund or the items and sadly have received absolutely no help from the Shopify team. This company Shopify should not be creating a platform for scammers so scam innocent consumers out of their money and once they are made aware of such scams taking place w on their platform, the should act with more urgency and care to resolve, or actually act with any at all, I will never use Shopify again and I hope this review will save others as well. Fraudulent company allowing fraudulent activity to take place on their platform.

Your customer service does nothing except vamp and takes days to "resolve" any simple task! Multiple times I have never received any follow up and it is disgraceful because the department that apparently does the task you need you can never speak to directly and they never follow up! Worst platform and shadiest operation ever.

Having used other selling sites similar to Depop, this has been my least favourite app to use. The process of uploading an item is quick and easy, however after that, I'm not a fan.It's super hard to get traction on Depop - getting your items noticed is considerably harder on here (I've not had this issue on other sites), and there's also seller fees. When you sell something you'll get charged a Depop fee AND payment fee. This put me completely off Depop, to be honest.

Horrible experience with customer service. They have had issues syncing with my POS system and it’s causing me to lose sales. When I call in every time I’m told- I’m not authorized to assist with that. Wel- lets get someone on the line that can! Going round and round for 2 weeks with NO resolve.

I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. While the GM, Karleigh, was on-site, the managers behaved unprofessionally in front of customers, even berating a new employee. I was in such disbelief that I had to speak up.The restaurant was freezing—so cold that people were going back to their cars to wait for their orders. Despite this, the managers yelled (not spoke, but yelled) at Noelia to remove her jacket. I understand policy if there’s no official Waffle House jacket available, but it was about 30 degrees inside.To top it off, my grits were lumpy, as if they were left over from the day before. These managers clearly need retraining before they are put in charge of training others.

As many others have warned Temu operates in an extremely corrupt & underhand way. I responded to an offer of 100% OFF on Temu's website. Yes I should have known it was too good to be true. It wasn't available on their app which incidentally offered me 100€+ credit. I've provided many screen grabs & sent many emails to help @support.temu.com. Apparently Dana cannot see my screen grabs & keeps issuing new ticket nos.
