I had an absolutely terrible experience at this location. While the GM, Karleigh, was on-site, the managers behaved unprofessionally in front of customers, even berating a new employee. I was in such disbelief that I had to speak up.The restaurant was freezing—so cold that people were going back to their cars to wait for their orders. Despite this, the managers yelled (not spoke, but yelled) at Noelia to remove her jacket. I understand policy if there’s no official Waffle House jacket available, but it was about 30 degrees inside.To top it off, my grits were lumpy, as if they were left over from the day before. These managers clearly need retraining before they are put in charge of training others.
