Review of Shopify
I contacted Shopify's billing department and customer support weeks before renewal and requested that all billing be stopped. I was unable to log in, but they assured me and confirmed that all my payment methods were removed from my account. Three weeks later, they charge me triple what my renewal was supposed to be even after they confirmed that renewal was cancelled. They refuse to even acknowledge the mistake and they continue to ignore my emails. And their support team is beyond useless. After reading more reviews, it's clear that this was deliberate and that they regularly steal from their customers and screw them over.
Review of facebook
Facebook or more aptly Fakebook is a FusterCluck of degenerate reprobates that knows no second chances and forgiveness. Therefore shall receive no forgiveness and mercy. Soon SuckerBorg and his team shall find themselves in the Domain of Abaddon for days without number. They have no Peace. They have no Hope. And shall find neither forever without ceasing.

Review of clover
Clover/ merchant services are criminals. They ran my account over 19 times for a 25 dollar fee I wasn't aware of. My bank Teachers credit union introduced me to this company. I received a call from a man name Peter. He works with clover. I told him I haven't officially open my business as of yet. He told me that there would be no charges. To make a long story short. My bank TCU and merchant services conspiring against me. I'm a lady of color trying to open business. These people try to railroad me. My bank allowed merchant services to run my account over 19 time. Each time they ran my account I was charged 32 dollars. Please do not do business with tcu or merchant services clover.

Review of calm
I've worked with Calm for 5 years. They even tried to use me as an ambassador when I was running an office of 60 people and providing meditation to employees. I use Calm to "warm up" for ten minutes and then go to much better platforms. The app and meditation are middling. It is good for beginners, but you will quickly move beyond. Many of their sessions seem to assume you are almost a basket case and aim to help people who are simply rare. People who suffer from debilitating anxieties, depression, self-worth, etc. Yes, they exist, but most of us don't suffer such debilitation and this is not the aim of meditation for most. They love to have celebrity led sessions by people who are not exceptional in leading meditation. Most egregious is their "help." While I always get logged in automatically, my iPhone reset and I had to resend my password. I had lost it. I emailed them and they sent back an email saying they were overwhelmed with requests but would get back to me. I'm 6 days and waiting. Got another email saying I was in-line but they were still working on it. They are quick to take your money and their help is AI or nothing. There are much better sessions, and you can go to YouTube and find many for free. This app is like getting on the Bunny Slope at a ski resort. Yes, it is fine for the first days. But you are better served to move up in the world. Meditation is a wonderful addition to any life. But you will never get to a better level if you use Calm. Too bad their subscription is a year long. You really grow out of them in around a month or so. As you will see from the other comments, they specialize in disallowing cancelation and you are automatically renewed no matter what. Getting that taken care of seems close to impossible. It is almost as if they may have six people working for them. 4 are in sales, one is Tamara, 1 uploads stuff, and none work in customer service. It is all AI. They are one of the leading money makers in this area and they simply refuse to use their money to help, or respect, their customers. T***** should be ashamed of herself as she prattles on like she cares.
Review of asos
The clothes models are either really thin with ribs showing or the stereotypical “plus size”. The clothing needs to be shown on more inclusive bodies and have a range of shapes and sizes 10,12,14,16 especially in the swimwear section. Hollister do this very well and more brands need to take note

Review of shipstation
ShipStation is great when it works, but when it doesn't, it's a business critical tool our of action.Support are useless, giving generic responses constantly and not reading the body of the message. When you can eventually get through to 2nd line support, they ignore you.Business critical tool out of action for a month now, with no fix in sight and ignored emails. It's a great tool, but they really need to overhaul it top to bottom. Constant issues. Currently cannot create manifests or edit addresses. Last month, couldn't change the postage service unless I set the address to a different country, and then changed it back again.

Review of hilton
Hilton price match guarantee. Thanks for not honoring your advertised guarantee. This is a disgrace your advert states ‘find a cheaper PRICE and we’ll match and discount by 25%’ Another website price was less and you came up with an excuse looking into the cancellation policy let’s be honest you just don’t want honour it. The advert should read clearly find another booking where all terms and conditions are the same ........ (highly unlikely!) You also cut my call off before I spoke to someone twice then again after I’d been waiting for 10 minutes while they were looking for an excuse not to follow through. Terrible experience 🙄 reported issue let’s see what response they offer!

Review of bedbathandbeyond
I have My Pillows bought in your store in my home. Just bought a second home and building a third- guess I won’t be shopping at your store anymore. Politics have no place in retail. But since you believe in the cancel culture, I guess I will too. Your cancelled.
Review of zoom
I get sent in circles every time I try to long in. Zoom rejects my password. When I try to reset it, Zoom sends a link to my email to click on to reset it. When I click on the link, it asks me for my password. (Um. Hello? I don't have a working password.) When I use customer support, the robot asks me for a digit that I can only get when I'm signed into my account, which requires a password. (Um. hello? Again, robot, I don't have a working password.) So much for trying to upgrade my account. Seriously, this is moronic.
