Worst customer service I have ever experienced!

This is the worst and most incompetent customer service i have ever come across. I was waiting on a chat for 50 minutes in total.It took 30for me to decide I didn’t want to bother with my original request and i just wanted a refund as I haven’t ever been able to access the game i just bought. I then waited 10 minutes for just 1 message. Only for it to then take another 10 minutes for the person on the chat to take my details just to send me a form to request my refund. I have always had issues with EA and every time i have to go through the same 2 hour process, half of which is taken up by just going round in circles on the website just to find the chat function. Fortunately now i have learnt my lesson and after I’ve received my refund i will never be buying from this company again!

Truly awful courier and company at times 😕

Truly awful courier and company to deal with.I'm here waiting for packages now and it's nearly 10.30 pm!No tracking data showing how many stops away delivery driver is.Amazon used to be half decent on delivery,but they have gone downhill.Items left outside gates,homes on the street is common.Drivers (for want of a better word),give the appearance they just don't care and some seem to lack even basic English language skills.Their premium delivery is woeful in our opinion and experience.Unfortunately our regular drivers are worse now than ever.Packets damaged or opened happening too often nowadays.Several times I've seen wrong items delivered to the wrong address/number!I remember the days when we had a regular driver who took pride in his job and delivered a good service....this current bunch are about as useful as a chocolate teapot 🫖🫖😞😞

It was my first order at OTTO. My Waschmaschine was broken and I need to buy a New one. I bought a SAMSUNG WW9EK44205 - 9kg and I am super happy. Arrived yesterday , Hermes team was great and friendly. Since 2 Weeks I was without a Waschmaschine and I have 2 Kids so Ive tested right away and it’s silence and had a lots of Waschprogramms. I will definitely buy again at Otto. Thank you.

Super slow return under warranty

I've been ordering from Thomann for a few years without issues but never had to return a bigger item before. Got a mixer showing problems after 2 moths so sent it back under warranty. First the shipping they provide takes almost two weeks, when asked they confirm this is standard. Then the service workshop adds another 3-5 weeks before they can have a look at the product. The combined wait of almost two months for a warranty repair without much communication is way too long and this is not counting the shipping time back to me. If you depend on your equipment and don't have budget for spares I would recommend using your local dealer.

This company is using predatory sneaky pricing policies with their free trial which locks you into a yearly plan which you have to pay to get out of.They're also using dark UX patterns on their website to make it difficult for you to turn off Auto Renewal of your plan, change your card details or cancel your plan. Dodgy as f*** and so surprising to see from a decent sized company in 2022. The joke is on them though because they have successfully trashed their own reputation. Nice job Shutterstock

7 of my last 8 orders have gone through…

7 of my last 8 orders have gone through a distribution center, < 50 miles from my home and have taken an extra 24 hours minimum to be delivered. Their website says the packages left this distribution center early in the morning, but they never get here. They have to wait until the next day even though I have paid extra to have them delivered that day. The latest was today.First of all, I ordered four items, three of the same necklace and a set of fabric pens.Two of the necklaces were split off and sent as a separate package.They are now sitting two miles from my home with a note on the web, saying that the driver has a few more deliveries to make before he can get to mine. Strangely enough, four hours ago the driver had only two deliveries left before he got to me. The other package went through the same distribution center as the last seven and as of about an hour ago I got a message saying it will be tomorrow before it will get here even though it left there at five thirty eight a m, and it's only thirty five miles to the distribution center. Their so-called service desk has no clue what it means and get mad at me when I get angry. They just keep saying, "well if you haven't received the packages by Wednesday call us back and we will issue a complete refund". I don't want a refund. I want my package and I want it on time. Especially when I pay extra to have it delivered early. My last order was shipped eleven hundred miles from my home. Somehow, they got an address of mine that is twenty six years old. When I called to tell them that the package was 1100 miles away, they told me "well, it could still be delivered today. But if it isn't there within the week, let us know and we'll refund the money". If they can't get a package here from 35 miles away in less than 12 hours, it's not likely they're going to get something here from 1100 miles away in less than a day. Every time I go through the hassle of calling them and every time the response I get from their, almost non english speaking representative is "we're sorry we do understand."
