Appalling delivery

I ordered 2 International Woman's Day cards which were promised delivery by 3rd March. I have not received them, and there is no encouragement from the tracking database. For a specified event (such as I.W.D.) Redbubble should not promise delivery if it cannot be achieved. This was my first order with Redbubble and it will be my last.

Review of hotels

Scam of a company

Used hotels.com to book a one night stay at hotel Jamie in salou, Spain on Saturday 17th may. Upon arriving at the hotel around 10pm we were told they did not have our booking and the hotel was closed off as it was full to a private football event and there was nothing they could do and even showed me on their pc that the confirmation number given by hotels.com did not work and there was nothing they could do to help me further.Having a limited amount of money as this was only a small 24hr trip to visit the local theme park the following day with my daughter, I tried to contact hotels.com for assistance which was not easy as there was no contact number so had to use the AI chat bot to eventually be connected to a real person. The first agent on the online chat just kept telling me to go back into the hotel to confirm my reservation number despite the fact I had already done this and I was made to go back in to be made to look a fool of once again reminding me that they were fully booked and my reservation did not exist. After about an hour of dealing with the first agent I was transferred to another agent who was trying to tell me they were trying to contact the hotel which they clearly were not. Meanwhile myself and 10 year old daughter were walking around the town of salou to try and find somewhere I could charge my phone as they battery was running low after being online to the online agent for so long and did not feel safe being out so late at night with nowhere to go.Eventually they agreed they would try to find me a suitable hotel alternative for us to stay, at this point it had gone past 12am local time and we were still just sat on a kerb in the street with limited amount of money as I had already withdrew my budget amount of money in euros prior to the trip. The online agent did not seem in any rush to get anything sorted and eventually told us there was nothing they could do for us and we would have to sort our own accommodation out.At this point it was well past midnight and there was nothing available online as it was technically the next day in terms of bookings. The online agent told us we would have to go to find the hotel ourselves on foot and they would reimburse the difference from the cost of the original hotel. This was just not good enough, it had been 3 hours from when we were supposed to have checked into our hotel and were looking forward to the entertainment put on by the hotel that night which was advertised and now it was 1am and we were still wondering the streets. We went to 3 different hotels to be told they were fully booked and were starting to give up hope. In this time we were approached by a small group of males who were shouting at us in Spanish and one tried to grab my arm. Luckily a family came up to us and they fled away pretty fast and directed us to a nearby hotel. It was now 1am and we finally found a hotel that was willing to take us in for the night. By this point we were both so tired and my daughter was so upset saying she wanted to go home. The hotel was now just a base for the night rather than the night of fun and entertainment we had planned and we went to bed to try and get some sleep so we could at least try and enjoy the theme park the next day.The whole experience has been completely traumatic and I do not believe that refunding the difference in price and adding £25 one key to my account is good enough. Why on earth would I want £25 in one key cash on my account, I would never risk using hotels.com again!I contacted the complaints team who told me they will be passing my grievance on but can't help but think they are just ignoring my complaint as I am still yet to hear anything back. They are a total scam and need to be exposed for what they really are.

Absolutely rubbish service yesterday

Absolutely rubbish service yesterday. Ordered Mac Donalds. We waited for 1 hour 30 minutes. Tbe delivery time kept getting moved forward. The drivers kept refusing our requests. We called the branch. They said they would prepare our food as soon as a driver would accept our order. We phoned again to be told a driver had collected our order but it was not delivered. Presumably he stole it/ate it himself! Keep being sent a link to complain which sends you round and round in circles! Absolutely rubbish! Will not be using again. If I could put zero stars I would!

A Cautionary Tale for First-Time Uber Eats Users

This was my first (and last) time using Uber Eats, and I want to share my experience so others don’t make the same mistake I did.I was in an unfamiliar town after taking my mother to urgent care. As she was being prepared for hospital transfer, I needed to order food quickly and chose Uber Eats thinking it would simplify the process. I picked McDonald’s—a safe, simple choice—and trusted the app to guide me to the most logical nearby option.Big mistake. While the app’s interface is clean and inviting, it creates a false sense of intelligence. It shows you restaurants that are currently accepting orders, but makes no effort to match you with the closest location. In my case, Uber Eats routed my order to a McDonald’s 26 miles away, down winding back roads, past railroad crossings and stoplights, even though there were clearly closer locations.By the time a driver picked up my order, it took over 45 minutes to reach me. Not only did that increase the delivery cost, but by the time the food arrived, my mother had already been transferred to the hospital. Fortunately, a kind staff member at the urgent care center got a free lunch.Trying to get in touch with customer service was another battle. The app is designed to loop you through a maze of help topics that assume the only issues are food or driver-related. Finding a way to actually speak to a human required persistence, luck, and sheer determination. When I finally reached someone, the customer service representative was cold and dismissive. I explained the issue was with how the system assigns restaurants, not the food or driver. Her response? "That’s how the system works." According to her, I should have known better and checked which location my order was going to. Apparently, the burden is on the user to outthink the algorithm.Bottom line: Uber Eats doesn't prioritize the customer experience, location relevance, or meaningful support. It prioritizes what’s easiest for the system—not what’s best for you.If you plan to use Uber Eats, you better know what you don’t know, because the app certainly won’t help you figure it out.

MACYS IS THE WORST!!!!!!

I am DISGUSTED by their WARRANTY SCAM!!!!We bought a 2 seat recliner a few years ago and lately we’ve been hearing creaking so I called them BEFORE the warranty was over. They scheduled someone from their service department to come and he told us that the chairs were damaged and needed to be fixed. He took pictures and said someone would contact us. By the time someone contacted us, our warranty was over so they told me there is nothing they could do. BE CAREFUL WHEN YOU PURCHASE FROM THEM… THEY WILL NOT HONOR THEIR WARRANTY!!!!!My wife already posted this and they pretended like they cared and told us to send them our info and they just IGNORED US!!!!!THE WORST!!!!!!!!!

Review of macys

Not worth the trouble

I usually place orders at Macys.com at Christmas time - gift giving. My account is well established and I use the same payment method. Last Christmas will have been my final order with them. This year when I placed my order, it was immediately cancelled. Calling the Macys.com "Consumer protection line" didn't resolve the problem; instead of taking responsibility, they blamed my method of payment - although there's still a pending charge on my credit card. Clearly, my AMEX wasn't the problem. Contacting Macy's on social media at first seemed helpful - until they claimed I refused to authorize my credit card when I called the "Consumer protection line.* The order was not fulfilled, I still have a pending charge on my card, and, i should add, the cancellation email looked unprofessional. While there never should have been a problem, as soon as my order/identity was verified, Macy's should have resolved the situation. Can't recommend Macy's.com.

Review of lastpass

LastPass has some annoying 'features' that make it difficult to use

Generally, LastPass is pretty good, but it has some features which are annoying.Such as the three dots that appear in the box in which you are typing which overwrites the show password option which sometimes you want.It also wants to fill in fields that aren't password fields and that is really irritating. It wouldn't let me choose a different email address and password on one site and kept defaulting to one.In one app where I am the administrator and add new users, it kept overwriting the username I put in for mine and wouldn't let me change it. I had to delete the LastPass password for that site as it wouldn't work otherwise. There isn't an option to say - don't ever ask to save the password, so I have to choose Not now every time I log in to my bank account where I don't want my password saving. When I raised one of the issues with their customer support, they told me I wasn't entitled to support as a free customer. Which I suppose is fair enough, but I assume that if I'm having these problems, others must too.I am moving my account elsewhere.

Good luck trying to cancel!

I have been attempting to cancel my account. The site will not accept my email, password, or even phone number, yet I have received email from them. The page says it will send me "a unique 6 digit code" to my email. Nope. Nothing is there after 4 tries. Checked my spam folder, nothing there either. I have messaged customer service and as of yet have had no response. I am so careful about putting personal info out there, and like an idiot, I signed up for this. They got everything from me. I cannot believe how stupid I was. If it sounds too good to be true, then it is. If you are even thinking about joining, run. Do not walk. Save yourself a ton of regret, frustration, and aggravation. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. 1 is far too generous.

Review of eBay

Don't order from Ebay

Don't order from Ebay. There are scammers taking advantage of people. I ordered a Kobe Bryant sew on patch and never received it. When you call their number they try to force sell you a life monitoring device. I never could reach a rep regarding my issue. The good thing is the patch only cost 6 dollars. You take your chances with Ebay.
