We've been a client for three years. Can't tell you how annoying it is to agree to an upgrade thinking you're going to get access to everything advertised, but then they remove a common sense aspects to make you upgrade again. For example we upgraded to be able to customize all the Contact fields BUT if you all your sales team members to have the same arrangement/order of fields, that requires another upgrade. Nothing is straightforward with this company. To boot, upgrading is allowed but not downgrading until the end of the contract.
