Rather tight fisted thing to remove nectar points from customers, don't they want your custom? also they like anyone to tell it as it is on their blog and only allow mundane innocuous comments, I thought newspapers were to support the truth?

The most horrible customer service

The most horrible customer service. I received a kids zara sweater for my toddler as a gift. The size was smaller for him so I went to zara store just the next week to get it exchanged for size. When I reached the store, I found out that the sweater was actually bought 3 weeks ago and the day of me reaching the store was one day later than their return window. Well, i was not looking to return. Inwas looking to exchange. But no! They wont even entertain an exchange on 31st day. When I asked her store associate of what should I do with the sweater, she just shrugged and said ‘not my problem’. I called customer service the next day and they said they’ll get me an exception because its just one day and the product was a gift. My friend (who bought the gift) should get an email. 1 more week passes, no email. I called customer service again and they have no record of my last correspondence (the previous customer service guy didnt even bother recording the details of my call) and that now its definitely too late. I just received an email saying its over the return period. But dude! I’m not looking for return. I’m looking for exchange- of size! What do I do with a kids sweater thats smaller than my toddler’s age?I’m so mad at zara now. I was actually planning to start shopping from zara kids for my toddler but they just lost a customer- permanently with their arrogant correspondence and behaviour. Just the way they speak man! So full of themselves.Bye bye zara, I just deleted your app!

Great products if you get them

Great products but that’s only if you receive them. Ordered 26th June, today is the 10th of July and Zara have taken the money and goods nowhere to be seen.Reaching out to customer service is a bunch of cookie cutter responses and state 48 hours. 48 hours later guess what it’s another 48 hours.Doubt we will ever order from Zara again after this!

What Customer Service?

Customer Service - what customer service - they send generated responses but never actually deal with your query - took money for something that they didn't have in stock and kept telling me they would never take money until the item had been dispatched. When I pointed out that they told me it was not in stock and cancelled my order they sent generated response saying you'll receive your refund - when?! If you take something back to the shop your refund is immediate but have told me to wait 14 days for my money back. Absolute disgrace for a company like Zara. If I could have given 0 stars I would have done.

In my case, Internet stopped working for a week, I called the customer service, I have no idea if anybody having the right skill is trying to fix it.No reply till now, no estimations.I am wondering if I can cancel the contract if they are not able to provide the service.

I am 50% deaf and badly need sub-titles…

I am 50% deaf and badly need sub-titles to follow the program. Yet I estimate over two-thirds of ALL the movies and TV series on Amazon Prime have no sub-titles. Given that 40% or more people over 50 have hearing loss, this is clear discrimination against a large percentage of the population. I complained several years ago, and was told Amazon were 'working on' the problem. But nothing has been done.I am amazed that Amazon haven't been called out by government on this practice.

Your passwords are NOT protected

Your passwords are NOT protected. I shared with an employee and when she went to any social media site she could click to see the password. Last pass finally admitted they can not stop people from seeing the password on YouTube and denied admitting that ALL social media sites do the same thing. Plus they have had multiple security info breaches. DO NOT USE THEM

I started using Evernote to keep track of all the interesting links, articles and ideas are come across. But I am struggling with their main page presentation and finding anything I stored in Evernote. I am a fairly organised person but I get lost in Evernote....pity as I would keep using it otherwise.

Don't waste your money on purchasing support for you Dell computer

I don't even know where to begin. My company has had Dell computers for several years (10 plus). We always buy the extended support because we can't be without our laptops and almost every time, I have tech come out to fix my laptop it is in worse shape when they leave than when they arrived.A week ago, I noticed that my computer wasn't charging. I was traveling and took it to MicroCenter and they said the issue was with the computer the computer plug itself was loose. I called Dell when I returned home. They sent a tech out with a motherboard and he installed the motherboard. My computer would no longer boot. They wanted me to send it off for 10 days but I refused. They also didn't bring out the plug, so they had to order a new plug and was to be out today. I hadn't heard a word all day, so I called at 5:30 and was informed by Dell that they would email the company handling the work and get back to me when they heard from them. I insisted they call the company and I was informed the part wasn't in yet and they would be out tomorrow. No one contacted me of this at all and I had I not forced Dell to call them, I wouldn't have known.I went from having a laptop that had to be plugged in to work to a laptop that won't boot at all. No one at Dell seems to be too concerned that my company pays for next day service but the only service but it has now been 3 days since I first called them and I am in worse shape than before I made the call.

I used to love "As It Happens"

I used to love As It Happens. Although I largely boycotted CBC I thought I'd give it one more try. I caught the last three segments. First was a man from South Africa who experienced racism in Canada, next was something of human interest (like the old days) and the third was about a man's experience with Homophobia in Toronto. The next program was about a female, Muslim, gay Afghani immigrant to Canada. I couldn't take any more social justice; I turned off the radio. CBC Radio had me for 35 years. I'm gone because they're trying to teach/indoctrinate me. I get enough of that from all media, give me content that respects my intelligence and uses my money wisely (or get defunded).

Capital 1 Checking Account - Unethical

Cap 1 review I’m horrified with the experience of having a checking account at Capital 1. I deposit my Payroll checks every Friday via mobile deposit and get confirmation that the deposit was successful. One of the deposits I made back in April was accounted for at Capital 1. Then in the beginning of June ..more than a month after..whiteout ANY notice or warning I saw that my account was NEGATIVE.. did not know why. Called the horrible customer service, fraud claims and management team and they said that the check was presented again at a different bank and the funds were being to the second bank. I explained I did not re deposited that check and it was a cause of fraud or robbery. I called my employer and they were able to track where the check was deposited … which is in Virginia - I live in California. Evidently is s case of fraud. Capital has Not paid me back for my the money stolen - by the way, they released this money to the other bank after the fact. Stay away from them-BAD BUSINESS PRACTICES … only expensive commercials.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Ordered $200 worth of items online and NEVER received my package. Because the delivery driver said they left the package ULTA refused to refund or resend my order. I filed a complaint with ULTA and the horrible delivery service they use. The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I’d leave zero stars but that’s not an option.

I have been retired for three years but…

I have been retired for three years but still get requests from recruiters because I can’t delete my Linked In account. I can’t access it either because my account email was through my former employer and thus I can’t have my password sent to me. Customer support is so ineffective as to be nonexistent, so my recourse is to inform prospective employers that contact me that Linked In is very unreliable and should not be consulted. How ‘bout that for fighting back!
