If anything goes wrong, your problem won't be sorted. We booked a hotel and an upgraded room and never got that and at least 10+ agents keep asking for receipt for extra charges. I have informed them that no payment was given to the hotel and agoda took the payment. We paid extra for an upgraded room through agoda and could have chosen a normal triple room. They keep sending the same automated email asking for receipts from hotel. I am going to avoid booking with agoda in the future.
