Review of salesforce
I am literally surprised by how many one-star reviews this software has... I work as a salesforce marketing cloud consultant (= not working for salesforce). So far, I have implemented this software to several clients from various fields (automotive, fashion, finance, gaming, etc.) and I can assure you that Salesforce CRM is rightfully the leading platform in the world. The reason why I rated 4 stars is that Salesforce could not be accessible for starting businesses with a limited investment budget. It costs a lot of money, easily tens of thousands of dollars! Especially, if you want to use more advanced features and have it implemented by professionals. But the investment is invaluable if you put a reasonable amount of data in it, automate everything you can, and use your data to communicate with your prospects using all possible channels in real-time. And of course, it happens there are occasional technical issues but it is not unexpected in case of using such a robust CRM.

Review of dribbble
I've used Dribbble for over a decade I was always happy to support them...until now. Recently they created some kind of new "business pro" account tier. At $180 a year. This is a steep increase from the normal $36 I was used to paying. I got an alert that my subscription was up, and I was happy to pay for another year - I went through the motions and was prompted for a free trial -- not aware I was *not* getting a free trial of my $36 plan, but of the $180 plan. Couldn't tell you the difference between the two and carried on with my life until that $180 charge came through. I quickly reached out saying I wasn't sure how I got this charge. What I got back was (paraphrased): "We understand you made a mistake but we want you to know it was in the terms of service you signed up for..." instead of just having a customer service focused response (ie: "No problem - would you like us to switch you to the $36 Pro plan?") you're blaming me for your confusing and predatory subscription plans? Woof!Giving you 2 stars since I'll apparently get the refund, but I'm afraid you've lost me as a customer at any level moving forward.

Review of 99designs
Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at 99designs. I ran a logo contest, and I think I ultimately received 71 designs in round 1 from about 25 designers. Not all designers operate the same way, obviously. Some were very communicative and responsive, some apparently didn't read my messages to them at all. Some clearly read my initial brief about what I wanted, and some obviously didn't. One of the things I will do next time to manage the process better is communicate in more detail with each designer (in Round 1) to see who's paying attention. That's just me - I assume a more communicative and attentive designer is going to produce a better result, although it may not work the same way for others. So next time I will pick my 4-6 finalists more on how well they communicate than on the design. I will also liberally use the instruction, "Give me a completely different concept than this." I will also try to give examples of other designs I like, and keep referring back to the initial brief describing what I like and want. I ended up with a logo design I really like, and the designer was great about providing every file type I'll ever need (seems like this isn't always the case, as 99designs asks about it several times in their post-design review process).99designs has constructed a very good process for suggesting/running the contest/communicating and finalizing the files. But it's still ca complicated process that is greatly affected by the communication between the client and designers. If you think you're going to get a great design at the push of a button...well, you might but only if you get very lucky. It's a good structure but you really need to stay on top of it and manage/drive it.
Review of wayfair
Ordered a Bathroom Vanity 3 weeks ago from wayfair. It was supposed to be delivered 2 weeks ago. The Vanity still has not shipped. I have called Wayfair multiple times, they said they can not reach the manufacturer (Ebern Designs) and to just wait. Also very suspicious Wayfair is now selling the same item for almost double the price i paid, yet my item still has not shipped. Learned my lesson and planning on filing complaint with my state attorney general as well.

Review of xero
Xero doesnt careWe are extremely frustrated with Xero's recent change to email branding, which now forces our invoices and communications to include the Xero logo. This change makes our company look unprofessional and cheap.Branding is crucial for maintaining trust and credibility with our clients, and this decision undermines that. As a result, we are now reverting to manually sending invoices outside of Xero to maintain our professional image, adding unnecessary time and effort to our workflows.

Review of Pinterest
I am a long-time, devoted user of Pinterest, having been active for over nine years. Recently, my account was wrongfully deactivated, and despite multiple appeals and active engagement on all of Pinterest's social media platforms, my voice was left ignored. Hundreds of users are echoing my concerns on different platforms like the r/pinterest Reddit page. It is clear that there is a pressing need for change. Pinterest has increasingly relied on AI for its operations, including handling appeals regarding wrongful account bans. There’s been a lack of maintained accountability and competent human support to address these issues. The machine-led decisions are affecting the social media experience of many faithful users, leading to undeserved frustrations. As part of this community, we call upon Pinterest to re-employ real workers to handle appeals of wrongful bans. It's time to replace impersonal AI systems with responsive, effective human mediation. We need adequate, responsive, and human-based service that respects the rights of users and better addresses our concerns. Only by doing this can Pinterest regain our trust and reaffirm its reputation as a user-focused platform.

Review of delta
They are a terrible third class airline. stay away. 👎🏼 The plane never leaves on time. I have a flight from Los Angeles to San Francisco today and the flight was delayed by 1 hour again. I turned this into profit. My friend and I placed a $200 bet. Again, I said that the Delta Airlines flight could not take off on time and I won.
Review of welt
Subscribed to Weltplus for a free montly trial. Did not like it and tried to unsubscribe and close account: it's impossible! You cant find any form on button on their website/account/profile - nothing! I erased the subscription to payment via paypal. After a month they send ma an email saying 2 things: 1. they cancelled my subscription because they couldn't realize my payment for the next month 2. they demand I pay the fee anyhow otherwise they will start a legal procedure against me. Seriously? Is this even legal? Worst customer service I could possibly imagine. Stay away from them as far a you can!
