I set up an event on Eventbrite and found I cannot access it. Eventbrite are impossible to contact. They do not answer the phone or reply to emails. On what level is a 30 day response acceptable to an enquiry???The response to my help centre request ends with... 'If you need additional support, please respond directly to this email to route your query to one of our support agents. We will review your request and provide you a response within 30 days.
