I am an owner of a rental. I have been in good standing for over five years. I canceled a reservation with the consent of the guest due to an ice storm that would prohibit them to be able to drive to our location. The cancellation reason stated this situation. Five months later they put my listing on hold because I did not seek a waiver for this cancellation. I’m not aware of a waiver process, although I’m sure I have missed fine print along the way. However, no common sense was applied to this situation and now the listing is on hold and taken off the Internet. My current customers who have reservations cannot access. VRBO is not only harming themselves from future book, but the guests who cannot access my site.What happened to a partnership? What happened to common sense decisions?

Ordered a few items from here, which included a candle, and the candle came completely crushed and therefore unable to be used. I know it’s always a bit of a gamble to have candles shipped because of the obvious fragility but there was literally zero attempt to cushion the candle at all. It came barely wrapped and with no cushioning such as bubble wrap or literally anything around it to help protect it. The candle was overpriced in the first place but it was a gift so that’s why I wanted to purchase it and I was left with a missing part of the gift due to their carelessness of throwing items into a box without a second thought.

The most user-unfriendly software I have EVER worked with. You'll need extreme support to walk through the simplest of tasks, and you'll spend all day trying to figure out how to navigate through online videos and such. Even after figuring out how to use it, I still hate it.

The one thing that made my experience tolerable was Keren from Support. She helped me (a grandmother who is not computer literate) migrate from the classic Mailerlite to the new one. I have a newsletter. She was very helpful and very patient.The new Mailerlite, I think, seems more complicated. Even when creating a new campaign. Don't have any favorite features yet.

It is a Scam.Don't waste money, think carefully before subscribing.They show you caregivers whose profiles are very interesting and that's when you get excited and go to pay a very expensive subscription but then, these candidates don't answer your messages. Many caregivers even have their latest reviews of work done several years ago.The customer service experience is consistent with a company with dubious intentions. They call you a "valued customer" and simply apologize for not providing you with the service they advertise.Remember ALL subscriptions are Non-refundable.

I have purchased quite a few things from Wayfair over the years, I will not be purchasing anything else from them. My most recent order wasn't shipped out yet four weeks after placing the order. I called multiple times only to be told it will be going out "the next day". It never did. The last time I called they reached out to the shipper and couldn't get anyone to answer the phone. I cancelled the order. I was promised a full refund in 3-5 days. It's been six days and still no refund! I will have to dispute the purchase with PayPal. I am done with Wayfair!

I've been using Mailchimp for over 3 years and it's become the bane of my existence. Zero flexibility when it comes to design, but to be honest that is the least of their problems. Bugs. every. single. day. completely dismissive and unhelpful customer service, when the website goes down, or stops working, or simply does absolutely insane stuff, they will gaslight you saying something on the lines of "ThAt Is NoT aN iSsue". We'll be looking for a replacement soon but to be honest I'm surprised people still use it, only explanation I can think of is them being way cheaper than competitors. If you're in need of a email marketing platform, do yourself a favour and look somewhere else :)
