Chegg used to be great because I could usually rent my textbooks for cheaper than what a lot of other websites listed. I could then find my textbooks solution manual and have access to all of the solutions in chronological order from the book, making it very easy to follow along as the semester continued. Now they have removed all textbook solutions from their services and require you to search for each question individually in order to "Simplify the Chegg experience." It would not be as bad if the solutions were still the official textbook solutions, typed out, easy to follow, and concise. But now, the only solutions available are just messy, incorrect, handwritten solutions from "Experts". They removed all of the positive aspects of Chegg and provide nothing really unique anymore. Their website is horrible to navigate anyways and always has some site element that is down. I do not understand how this simplifies the Chegg experience, but rather makes it more complicated, more stressful, and less ensuring. I will be finding a new platform to help with studying needs.

My friend asked me to send her $$ by venmo because she didn't have access to other platforms and I begged her not to.. I closed my venmo account 3+ years ago because the software and user interface was of such poor quality and there was no customer service. Guess what, nothing has changed! I couldn't even send her a penny because this is still such a horrible platform. I called to speak with a live rep but that was not an option. Not an option? You want to do business with a company like this? Guess what, you're fired! She happily switched to another App, good riddance again! Garbage in, garbage out..

Dringende Terugbetaling – Niet-Geleverde Dienst (Boekingsreferentie: BR1212625189) Beste Tripadvisor Customer Support, Op 2 januari hebben wij via Tripadvisor tickets geboekt voor het Sintra Pena Paleis en Park onder boekingsreferentie BR1212625189.Dit betrof 5 volwassenen en 1 jongere, met een totaalwaarde van €197. Bij aankomst werd ons echter de toegang tot het park geweigerd, ondanks de geldige boekingsreferentie.We hebben onmiddellijk contact opgenomen met jullie klantenservice, wat ons bovendien €40 aan telefoonkosten heeft gekost. Nu, enkele maanden later, na meerdere e-mails en telefoontjes, hebben wij nog steeds geen duidelijkheid over de situatie en geen terugbetaling ontvangen. Dit is spijtig genoeg onaanvaardbaar. Wij verzoeken dan ook met spoed om een terugbetaling van het volledige bedrag van €197, evenals compensatie voor de gemaakte telefoonkosten. Habe früher immer sehr gerne den Standard gelesen, aber die Veränderung der letzten Monate ist sehr kritisch. Sehr einseitig und viele Unwahrheiten, es wird nichts hinterfragt. Weiters spaltend, das sehr ich auch sehr kritisch.Schade das sich das Blatt so entwickelt hat.
