My friend asked me to send her $$ by venmo because she didn't have access to other platforms and I begged her not to.. I closed my venmo account 3+ years ago because the software and user interface was of such poor quality and there was no customer service. Guess what, nothing has changed! I couldn't even send her a penny because this is still such a horrible platform. I called to speak with a live rep but that was not an option. Not an option? You want to do business with a company like this? Guess what, you're fired! She happily switched to another App, good riddance again! Garbage in, garbage out..
