Im wondering why I cannot give them 0 stars. 1 is too many to give this joke of a company. Bought a gaming laptop, after a year or it started to overheat and after a couple of day when this started the laptop just died. I had 2 year warranty, the first thing that stuck out to me that they warranty was being done by some external company not asus themselves I had to send my laptop to a little town really far away from where I live. After two weeks, the servicing company contacted me to tell me that is my fault that the laptop is not working and that I put water on it. Which is a lie and the laptop was never touched with water and they declined the repair. I had to pay to get my damaged laptop back from them, to pay for the currier which is abysmal. I went to a private repair shop and what was wrong is that the graphics card chip was dead because of the overheating. It did cost me 700PLN to get it fixe. Because of this I will never buy anything that comes even close to asus. Im now going from one review site to the other posting my complains/ This company is selling faulty equipment and they don't keep their warranty agreement. Looking on the other opinions about the company im really glad that I can put something from myself to make their opinion even worst. If because of my comments even one person will not buy an asus product it was all worth it. Im off to tell the same story somewhere else.

DO NOT BUY from AbeBooks! They regularly mis represent the books they list. Usually list with the most expensive version in the picture, and in my most recent purchase in the description. They offer NO support or recourse and leave you to fight it out with the book seller. They had a book listed in the description and pictured as a Folio Society book, and they sent out a different version from some unknown press. They won't provide a return shipping label, and its been several days now that they have the returned book (at my expense), about a month since they've had my money and still no refund.

Ko-fi provides a great platform for small creators to start a business with an integrated donation, commissions & shop platform. Moreover, they're constantly pushing out new updates and additions to the platform which is always nice to see! They also have a great support team who is quick to respond & always a pleasure to correspond with. I had a great experience with both Finn and Daniel from the support team when I had issues with my account and rewards.

Their product is OK but their own customer service is horrible. Their staff genuinely don't give a care about you. They sent us an invoice that they claim is "due immediately" and now they are threatening us with a giant banner that says they are going to disable our account. We pay via a cheque in the mail on NET 30 terms and there was no problem previously. They won't even respond when I try and contact their email at billing @ freshdesk.com so I haven't been able to resolve this situation. I really wish they wouldn't just start threatening you with disabling the service, you think they could call or email first right?

I would like to share my bad experience with xiaomi CompanyI bought a 20,000mAh Redmi 18W Fast charge power bank and Redmi Buds 3 on 5/2/2023 from Mi store in san stephano mall Alexandria Egypt and on the same day I travelled to Dubai UAE and I didn't try the power until I reached dubai (because of my trust in Mi products) and once I got the power bank out of it's case to charge it... I was shocked the power bank doesn't work and the lamps don't blink so it neither charges nor getting charged and on the next day 6/2/2023 I went to Mi store at burjman mall in Dubai and the sales Representative there checked the power bank and he told me unfortunately sir it doesn't work and I can't help you since the store offers local warranty only however I have got the case of the power bank and the purchase invoice as well. I have sent an email to xiaomi global customer service on 11/2/2023and they aksed me to follow some troubleshooting instructions and I have already done that before from my end and the sales representative of the store that I visited did the same as well but it was useless so they send another email stating that I should arrange an appointment with my point of purchase to fix their faulty product because the retailer is the one who is responsible for fixing the problem so should I do that since I am staying in Dubai for meanwhile and the purchase point was in Alexandria Egypt and I sent them several emails stating that I am busy and stay most of the time remote areas so the power bank is essential for me but they just keep saying contact your point of purchase.I didn't ask for a reimbursement for the inconvenience despite of my right to ask for but I have just asked to get my problem solved on the contrary they did nothing regarding the problem and they didn't offer any sort of assistance...I won't buy any of their products in the future... worst costumer experience ever...

Hotels.com that they acquired by Expedia. Used to be good - Now Terrible. Booked 3 rooms in Dubai. One person fell sick and could not go. I called Expedia 3 days prior to ask them to arrange that the booked nights of the 3rd. persons we added our booking, so we could arrive earlier. They promised to do so - When we came to the hotel they did not hear anything from Expedia. I tried to communicate with Expedia to get help, but their support is totally lame and unprofessional. Dont ever book anything with Expedia or Hotels.com
