Review of zara
I ordered a large number of items in October for my children, 16 items in total , I love the quality and style of Zara clothes for my boys. The order arrived in a sealed cardboard box , left on my doorstep as I was not home . The image taken by EVRI was of a different parcel but that’s an EVRI matter. Anyway when I opened the box there were 5 items missing totalling c £70 in value. This is when everything was a totally shocking disaster.., multiple WhatsApp chats/ Facebook messages later Zara ‘customer services’ totally refused to believe me that these items were missing from my order and repeatedly ‘ closed my chat down as there was nothing they could do ‘ As you can imagine , I wasn’t happy after spending money on items I have not received . I paid using PayPal so ended up raising a dispute with PayPal who also sided with Zara as Zara had ‘ confirmed all items were present when they left the warehouse’ I asked for proof of this , and was ignored and quite frankly I’ve been treated like a fraud. It’s now may 2024 and I am still fighting the case with advice from citizens advice. I’m so upset / distressed and exhausted from this and the way I’ve been treated . They simply don’t give a monkeys about their customers one single bit !

DO NOT BUY from AbeBooks! They regularly mis represent the books they list. Usually list with the most expensive version in the picture, and in my most recent purchase in the description. They offer NO support or recourse and leave you to fight it out with the book seller. They had a book listed in the description and pictured as a Folio Society book, and they sent out a different version from some unknown press. They won't provide a return shipping label, and its been several days now that they have the returned book (at my expense), about a month since they've had my money and still no refund.

The order would not go through.After trying numerous times to re enter all my info, it took my points and my gift card and never processed the order! Keeps saying my gift card balance is zero! Unbelievable. Reached out to customer service 3 times and getting nowhere. I want my gift card and points returned.

I ordered a mug with an owl and you sent a mug with a goose. I sent photos. I wrote and responded with the order number and all the correspondence. I did not expect to return the mug. It wasn't worth the cost. I ordered two more mugs with owls. I hope these come with the right bird this time.
