I ask for the refund of my tickets and 1 week and a half later still in process. I have been trying to contact customer support but they don’t have any. I want to sell this tickets but now I don’t know if the QR code is going to work with the refund in process. Terrible customer service, terrible way of buying tickets!!
Review of booking
Would give a zero if possible. Booked accommodation in Feb 2025 for Oct 2025 in Spain. Fully cancelable until Oct 14 2025, payment not due until Oct 19 2025. Dates 21 to 28 Oct. Called June 21 to change booking date to 23 - 28, verfied with provider that would be €150 euros cheaper. Booking.com then changed the booking, increased payment due saying price per night had gone up since original booking (wasnt rebooking, already had those dates booked), made it non-refundable and said payment would be taken that day!!!! After spending 3 hrs trying to find out how to speak to a human after getting numerous unhelpful AI messages from their message service, booking finally corrected with guarantee that ALL original conditions in place ie cancel with full refund up to Oct 15 and payment not due until Oct 19. Advised agent that noticed old credit card info on file and offered new credit card details. Agent said to go online and update details prior to payment date. Just got email saying booking cancelled due to invalid payment details - assuming they attempted to take payment now! Will NEVER use booking.com again which is disappointing after using for many years with no issues. Like evrrywhere else, they have automated themselves to the point where service is negatively impacted.

ROADSTAR GARAGE- COVENTRY Horrendous !!! Rude Arrogant owner! Please please please do not buy a car from this garage. We rejected a car the following day after bringing it home and from an engineers report it had been in a collision and did not sell this as a category car !!! We paid £40000 for a car that was damaged! The garage did not engage in an communication with us what so ever. It took 3 months to get this all sorted. They are totally unprofessional money scamming crooks !!! I am only rating one star as it will not allow me to rate none. They also knew my husband and I was undergoing treatment for cancer and needed a vehicle to go back and forth to the hospital but showed no empathy whatsoever

BBC is abusing it’s privileged position of being paid an obligatory license fee. It fails to maintain an independent status by regularly showing politically left wing bias and allowing ‘left leaning’ programme participants to give their views without challenge. The Government needs to review the way the BBC is funded and stop the compulsory payment of licence fees.

Very very very disappointed by Venmo. I had been a loyal customer for years. And they sure almost bankrupted my small business by withholding my rent money for my commercial space with FOUR different help calls/chats. NOT ONE could tell me why.

The tuck friendly bathing suit and breast binding tops are a first step then comes the hormone drugs and surgery that mutilates their bodies. We all know it's part of the depopulation agenda, kids who mutilate themselves can't grow up to reproduce! If that wasn't bad enough the designer is a proud Satanist who had her breasts cut off and now thinks she's a he, mental illness! Pushing satanism on kids is beyond screwed up and sick. Let's not forget the pedo connection and the desperation to try and normalize it. We the people are sick and tired of it! Target the only thing that's right is your name because you certainly have a Target on your back now!

We bought a Samsung fridge-freezer for over €900,00.After just 11 months old the inner casing in the freezer compartment has cracked. We went to the store where we purchased it from to be told that the body of the fridge-freezer is NOT COVERED UNDER ANY WARRANTY from Samsung. Something they never tell you even though we took out extended warranty. The store kindly contacted Samsung on our behalf with images of the crack. After 1 week we are still waiting a response from Samsung, who have told the store the fridge is not covered anyway. So we are left with a fridge-freezer that is not even a year old and now don't know what will happen next. Please be careful, we also had a friend who had problems with one of their fridges.We have now been supplied with a new fridge-freezer by Samsung. The process was a bit slow but that is Spain. But they came through. The fridge is maybe not what we would have chosen but it is a newer model. I thank Samsung, they came good in the end and hope this fridge has no problems.

CONTRIBUTED TO A 2 YEAR CONTRACT .OVER A YEAR AGO,BUT NOW SAYING THAT MY COMPUTER IS NOT PROTECTED, AND MUST RENEW ANOTHER CONTRACT. I don't know exactly when I took the contract but, I paid for a 2 years contract and got nothing but problem,s and now always the same garbage on my laptop, renewal reminder and renewal reminder, your laptop is under threat, doesn't look like a reliable service from where I am sitting.

Just picked up my Model S. Amazing car to drive but customer service an absolute shocker.The service from my first sales call to receiving the car and post collection has been diabolical. I have left numerous phone calls and emails all of which have gone unanswered.Four issues which need dealing with (1) Crack on small passenger window(they did call me on my way to collect it to let me know) (2) Passenger wheel has been kerbed and scuffed(I had to point that out to them) (3) Some welding on the back interior hatch looks like something i would have botched( I have sent a picture and waiting for a response) (4) Passenger headrest is scuffed. One week on and i am still waiting for them to communicate with me.All in all a miserable and underwhelming customer experience especially when you consider the cost of them.

Charged 'Idle Fees' when I over-ran my charger due to disabled 87 year mother on a blue badge. Politely asked for a waiver (twice) - just got ignored. Nobody else was even on the rank that day. What an inhumane, ruthless and thoroughly unpleasant organisation.

Same as everyone else! I’d give a zero rating if possible. PLEASE don’t buy any LG appliances and do not ignore all these bad reviews! They are the truth. My 4 year old refrigerator (under warranty) stopped cooling 3 months ago. I’ve spent up to 35 minutes on hold several times, incompetent service calls (when they show up), and I now have 6 boxes of parts that they ordered and come to find out they cancelled and closed my claim last week. No notification! In fact 2 days ago I received a text confirming my appt for today! Service company has no record of me after 3 months, 3 service calls, 4 cancelled appts, and 3 times ordering parts! Save yourself some stress and a lot of bags of ice and avoid LG appliances! Do not be fooled by Consumer Reports ratings. This is a nightmare!
