Same as everyone else! I’d give a zero rating if possible. PLEASE don’t buy any LG appliances and do not ignore all these bad reviews! They are the truth. My 4 year old refrigerator (under warranty) stopped cooling 3 months ago. I’ve spent up to 35 minutes on hold several times, incompetent service calls (when they show up), and I now have 6 boxes of parts that they ordered and come to find out they cancelled and closed my claim last week. No notification! In fact 2 days ago I received a text confirming my appt for today! Service company has no record of me after 3 months, 3 service calls, 4 cancelled appts, and 3 times ordering parts! Save yourself some stress and a lot of bags of ice and avoid LG appliances! Do not be fooled by Consumer Reports ratings. This is a nightmare!
